Periodically, due to technical maintenance, certain functionalities may be closed for specific assets:
- Deposit;
- Withdrawal;
- Trading;
- Exchange;
- Any possible combination of the above functionalities for a specific asset.

It is strongly recommended to subscribe to this channel for continuous access to up-to-date information about the status of assets functionalities on our exchange.
Let’s consider what you can do in each of the situations described above.
Deposit and withdrawal of the asset are closed for maintenance.
If the functionality of depositing and withdrawing funds for a specific asset is restricted, the corresponding buttons on the “Total” or “Main” balance page will turn red.
To receive an email notification about the resumption of deposit functionality for a specific asset, you should:
- Click on the red “Deposit” button, and an informational message will appear in the next window stating that deposit functionality for the specific asset is temporarily unavailable.
- Then activate the slider below the informational message (an activated slider is highlighted in green).
- Next, in the pop-up notification, the system will inform you that once the deposit functionality for the specific asset is restored, you will receive a corresponding email to the address linked to your exchange account.
To receive a notification about the resumption of withdrawal functionality for a specific asset, you should:
- Click on the red “Withdraw” button, and an informational message will appear in the next window stating that the withdrawal of funds for the specific asset is closed.
- Then activate the slider below the informational message (an activated slider is highlighted in green).
- After that, in the pop-up notification, the system will inform you that once the specific asset withdrawal functionality is restored, you will receive a corresponding email to the address linked to your exchange account.
Trade or Exchange option of the asset are closed for maintenance.
As mentioned, trading and/or exchanging a specific asset can also be closed.
To check the current status of trading or exchange functionality for a specific asset on the exchange, you should:
- Go to the “Trade” balance tab (or the “Collateral” balance tab for margin and futures trading). The corresponding button will turn red if trading or exchange functionality is closed for a particular coin.
- Click the “Trade” or “Exchange” button, and you will see an informational message stating that trading or exchange, respectively, is temporarily unavailable.
