Depositing via Visa/Mastercard (not checkout) on the WhiteBIT on the website

Depositing to your balance on WhiteBIT using globally accepted Visa/Mastercard payment systems is a fast and safe way to make a deposit and start trading on our exchange. Just follow our detailed instructions to make a successful deposit:

1. Navigate to the deposit form 

Go to “Balances” — “Main” on the home page.

2. Currency selection

Find the currency you want to deposit in the list or enter the currency ticker in the search bar. Click the “Deposit” button next to the ticker of the selected currency.

You can also use the yellow “Deposit” button in the upper-right corner. You will be redirected to the deposit window. Click the “Change” button to the right of the current asset and select the ticker of the currency you wish to deposit.

3. Provider selection

In the window that opens, select deposit by card (Visa/Mastercard) from the list of providers. Specify the amount of the deposit. Pay attention to the amount you will receive, including commission, and click “Add a new card”.

Important: it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the information about the minimum deposit amount by clicking on the icon next to the commission percentage.

4. Adding and saving Visa/Mastercard card

In the “Payment details” window, fill in the fields with your Visa/Mastercard information. If necessary, activate the “Save card” slider to use it for the following deposits. Click “Continue”. Click “Continue” again after adding the card number to the deposit window.

5.  Payment confirmation.

You will be redirected to a window waiting for deposit confirmation. Confirm the payment in your Visa/Mastercard banking application.

6. Payment verification

The details and status of the payment will immediately appear on your screen. This information can also be found in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.
