On our exchange you can find many options for withdrawing funds in national currency, one of the most popular is GEO Pay e-wallet. This is a Ukrainian service that allows you to make P2P payments, deposit and withdraw fiat for its further exchange for digital assets on partner exchanges.
To withdraw UAH from our exchange you need to create an account on the GEO Pay platform.
There is an opportunity to pass KYC on the website, as well as to enable two-factor authentication. You can learn more about the functionality of the service in the following section FAQ.
How to withdraw funds?
In order to make a UAH withdrawal, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Make sure that your funds are on the Main Balance;
- Click on the "Withdraw" button next to UAH in the list of assets, the withdrawal window will open.
- In the withdrawal window you need to select the payment system – UAH GeoPay E-Wallet, specify the amount you want to withdraw in the Total field, as well as the GEO Pay account number.
How can I find out my account number?
To find out your account number, log in to your personal GEO Pay account and in the upper left corner under your username you will see your ID. Just copy it and paste it into the Account Number field in the withdrawal window of our exchange.
Then you need to click the Continue button and confirm the transaction.
Confirmation of withdrawal
To confirm your withdrawal you need to enter the verification code that will be sent to your email, it will be valid for 180 seconds. If for some reason you did not receive the withdrawal confirmation email, please read our article about possible actions in this situation. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you are required to enter the 2FA code from the application.
Please note: UAH GEO Pay withdrawal from our exchange is available without any fee! There are limits per transaction: minimum (50 UAH) and maximum (200 000 UAH) withdrawal amount. You can check these data on the Fees page. In the withdrawal window you will see the maximum withdrawal amount per day.
However, the receiving party, namely GEO Pay, can also charge a commission and set limits.
Done! Withdrawal of UAH GEO Pay is completed. You can track the status and details of the transaction in the Withdrawal History on our exchange, as well as in the History section on the GEO Pay website. Withdrawal usually takes up to 48 hours.
FYI: on GEO Pay service it is possible to withdraw UAH to a bank card (it is recommended to check the relevant fee on GEO Pay website), but there is no possibility to pay online using GEO Pay wallet.
