„Pay Unicard” LLC is the first non-banking institution in Georgia to offer its customers e-wallet UNIwallet and non-banking payment UNIcard Visa/Mastercard cards in addition to the UNIcard loyalty card.
To make a withdrawal using PayUnicard on the website, follow a few simple steps:
1. Navigate to the withdrawal form
In the main menu of the exchange platform, click "Balances" and select " Total" or "Main".
2. Select the currency
Find the currency you would like to withdraw in the list or enter the national currency ticker in the search bar, and then click the "Withdraw" button.
Please note: withdrawals using PayUnicard Pay are only available for EUR, USD and GEL.
3. Choosing a provider
In the list of providers that opens, select PayUnicard withdrawal.
Specify the amount to be withdrawn, your PayUnicard account nickname and click the "Continue" button. You will be automatically redirected to the page for payment via the payment system.
Please note: in order to find your nickname in your PayUnicard account, click on "Profile" in the left menu, then "Authorization Settings", then in the "Personal Info" window that appears, you will see the "Username" field, copy it and use it to create a withdrawal.
4. Confirmation of withdrawal
To confirm and create a withdrawal request, you need to:
- Enter the code provided in the email. This code will be valid for 180 seconds;
- Enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator application or an alternative application;
- Enter the code using the phone number specified during the registration on PayUnicard or 2FA of the PayUnicard account, if you have it.
Done! Now you can check your withdrawal in the "History" section. In the "Main" and "Withdrawals" tabs, you will have access to the details of your payment.
Follow these steps when using the mobile application to withdraw using PayUnicard:
1. Navigate to the withdrawal form
Open the main page of the WhiteBIT application, you can go to the withdrawal form through the "Wallet" tab - "Withdraw".
2. Selecting a currency
Find the currency you would like to withdraw in the list or enter the national currency ticker in the search bar and click on it.
Please note: withdrawals using PayUnicard Pay are only available for EUR, USD and GEL.
3. Choosing a provider
In the list of providers that opens, select PayUnicard withdrawal.

All done! Now, to check your withdrawal, go to the Wallet section of the WhiteBIT app and click on the History button.
In the "Main" and "Withdrawals" tabs, you will see the details of your payment.
