How to deposit via GEO Pay Card Transfer

GEO Pay is a Ukrainian service that allows P2P payments, deposits, and withdrawals of state currencies to exchange them for digital assets on partner exchanges.

GEO Pay Card Transfer is a convenient, fast, and secure way to top up your balance on WhiteBIT. Currently, the only currency in which you can top up your WhiteBIT balance using this method is the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

 

To top up your balance via GEO Pay Card Transfer on the website, please follow these instructions:

1. Navigate to the deposit form

Go to “Balances” — “Main” on the home page.


You can also use the yellow “Deposit” button in the top right corner. A top-up window will appear. Click on the “Change” button and find the currency ticker you wish to deposit.

2. Currency selection

Find Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) in the list or enter the currency ticker in the search bar. Click on the “Deposit” button to the right of the selected currency ticker.

3. Provider selection

In the window that opens, select UAH GEO Pay Card Transfer from the list of providers. Specify the amount of the deposit and click “Proceed”.

4. Fees

Pay attention to the daily deposit and the deposit amount you will receive considering the commission.


We also recommend familiarizing yourself with information about the minimum and maximum deposit amounts by hovering over the icon next to the commission percentage.

5. Paying the invoice

After clicking the “Proceed” button, the GEO Pay page will open, where you will be given 10 minutes to pay the previously created invoice.  

  1. Enter the card number from which you plan to make the payment and click “Continue.”

 

Important: the transfer must be made from this card — transfers from third parties will be blocked. 

  1. The system will show you the GEO Pay P2P partner card number to which the transfer must be made.
  2. Familiarize yourself with the terms of service and make the transfer to this card in your internet banking.
  3. After the transfer, be sure to click the “I paid” button — this confirms your payment.

 

If you have changed your mind about topping up or have decided to change the deposit amount, click “Cancel” and you will return to the Balances page on WhiteBIT.

6. Payment verification

The details and status of the payment will immediately appear on your screen. This information can also be found in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.
