What should I do if I forgot my password and have no access to the account?

To reset your password, you can use the “Forgot password?” function on the login page. After clicking it:

• Enter the email address with which your account on WhiteBIT is registered.

• You will receive a letter to your email, open it and go through a link to the password change form.

• Create a new strong password and enter it.



We recommend enabling 2FA and anti-phishing to add extra protection to your account.

Please note: withdrawing of funds is restricted for 72 hours after the password change for security reasons.
