Depositing national currency from the site

Depositing with national currency on WhiteBIT is one of the ways to fund your account and start trading on our exchange.

To do this successfully, follow our instructions:

1. Navigate to the deposit form 

Go to “Balances” on the home page.


You can also use the yellow “Deposit” button in the upper-right corner. You will be redirected to the deposit window. Click on the “Select” or “Change” button and find the ticker of the currency you would like to deposit.

2. Currency selection

Find the national currency in the list or enter the national currency ticker in the search bar. Click on the “Deposit” button to the right of the ticker of the selected currency.

3. Provider selection

Select the payment system via which you would like to make a deposit from the opened list of providers. To find an article about depositing via a specific provider, you can use the “Payments” section in the Help Center.


Depositing via Google Pay and Apple Pay is also supported on WhiteBIT. To do this, you need to open a WhiteBIT application and go to depositing by selecting a currency that supports these deposit methods.


Please note: the presence of a payment system in the list of providers depends on the currency you choose.

4. Fees and limits

Familiarize yourself with the daily deposit limit, as well as with the amount of deposit that you will receive, taking into account the commission. The commission depends on the provider you choose.

We also recommend checking the information about the minimum deposit amount by hovering over the icon next to the commission percentage.

5. Deposit confirmation

If the chosen method of depositing requires additional confirmation, take the necessary steps to confirm it.
For example, when depositing via Visa/Mastercard provider, the payment has also to be confirmed in your banking application.

6. Payment confirmation

The details and status of the payment will immediately appear on your screen. This information can also be found in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.

Frequently asked questions

Depositing via a certain provider is not available, what should I do?

Periodically, due to a technical update, the depositing and withdrawal of certain assets are temporarily closed. Our Telegram channel “WhiteBIT Notifications” – is the primary source of information regarding the availability of specific asset functionalities.
