I didn’t receive a confirmation letter. What do I do?

The e-mails may have ended up in the Spam folder, so check this section of your e-mail account. You may also have previously unsubscribed from our mailing.

If the e-mails from WhiteBIT are in “Spam”:

1. tick all e-mails from WhiteBIT;
2. mark the e-mails as “Not spam” and “Important";
3. to make sure you continue receiving e-mails from us, add the following addresses to your contacts and safe senders list:

system@whitebit.com to receive technical information about your account activity;
news@whitebit.promo to receive relevant exchange updates;
support@whitebit.com to contact the technical support of the exchange.

Please note that if you have not received an email with a code and have already closed the page with the input field, your account remains not activated and you cannot use it. However, if you change your password using the "Forgot password?" feature on the login page, your account will be activated automatically.
