Volet (ex-Advcash) is a free multi-currency e-wallet for making payments worldwide. Volet now supports a number of currencies, including national currencies. 

WhiteBIT allows you to make deposits and withdrawals via Volet for government currencies such as EUR, GBP, KZT, TRY and USD. In this article we will try to make a EUR deposit using this payment method.

Creating a Volet account

First, you need to create a Volet account and fund it. To do so, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the Volet website via the link and provide all the necessary data for registration;

2. Confirm your identity to access all wallet features.

Verification includes confirming your phone number, selfies and photo of your ID document; 

3. When funding your Volet wallet, specify the desired deposit amount and select the Visa or Mastercard card you plan to use for the transaction;
4. Familiarize yourself with the card requirements and the fee that will be deducted from the top-up amount;

6. You may receive a letter to your e-mail for additional card verification. To do this, you will need to follow the link in the email and upload a photo of the side of the card with the card number on it.

WhiteBIT balance top-up

After funding your Volet wallet, go back to the exchange:

1. On the main page of the exchange, go to the "Balances" — "Main" section;

2. Select the national currency EUR;

3. Select Volet E-wallet among the deposit methods;

4. Specify the amount of the deposit. You will see how much will be credited including commission. Click "Continue";
5. Log in to your Volet account. Once logged in, check the payment details and click "Continue". An email will be sent to you to confirm the payment;

6. Click "Confirm" in the email. Return to the payment page and click "Continue" to complete the transaction.

Done! As a result of these steps, your request will be submitted for processing. 

Usually the process takes from one minute to one hour. You can also check your deposit details by selecting the "History" section. 

In the "Deposits" tab you will be able to see the details of your transaction. Once the transaction is processed, EUR will be credited to your balance.
