2. Currency selection
Please note that PayUnicard deposits are currently available for USD, EUR, and GEL. Find the currency you want to deposit in the list or enter the currency ticker in the search bar. Click on the ticker of the selected currency and click on the "Deposit" button or select the "Deposit" function.
In the new window, you must select PayUnicard from the list of providers.
3. Making a deposit
To create a deposit request, click the “Make a deposit” button.
You will be redirected to the PayUnicard page, where you must select your bank and preferred currency for deposit.
Next, click the "Generate" button, after which the payment details will be generated. To send funds, copy the information from the details window and paste it into your banking application.
Important: please enter all data correctly. Otherwise, the deposit request will not be processed. Please note that you need to specify your nickname on the WhiteBIT website to successfully deposit. Please also pay attention to the minimum and maximum deposit amounts and the commission fee, which is 0.2% of the deposit amount.
To successfully deposit, you must become a PayUnicard customer and open an account on this platform at: www.payunicard.ge.
4. Deposit status tracking
On working days, crediting a deposit to the Main balance takes up to one hour. If, after this period, the deposit has not been credited to your balance, you should contact support. To achieve this, you can:
- Leave a request on our website;
- Email the Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org;
- Call one of the numbers listed in the "Help" drop-down list at the top of the site.
- Chat with us using the button at the bottom right of the screen.
