1. Send a letter with your request to our email support@whitebit.com
2. Write to us in the online chat. To do this, click on the button in the lower right corner of the browser.
3. Navigate to the "Help" panel:
- Click on "Create a Ticket" to create a ticket or create a ticket by following the link: https://help.whitebit.com/hc/en/requests/new
- Click on "Requests" to check your previously created tickets.
- Click on "Chat on WhatsApp" to open a chat in WhatsApp.

Problems with WhiteBIT email delivery
Didn't receive an email from WhiteBIT or can't find a withdrawal confirmation email from WhiteBIT?
The emails may be sent into your Spam and Promotions folders – double-check these folders in your email.
Please note: if emails from WhiteBIT were found in your Spam or Promotions folder, you should:
- Select all emails from WhiteBIT founded in these folders.
- Right-click on the selected emails to mark them as "Not Spam" or "Important" and move them to your Inbox.
We also recommend you to add our email addresses to your contact list, trusted sender list or whitelist in your email settings so that you don't face these difficulties in the future.

How are calls to WhiteBIT voice support charged?
All calls to our voice support numbers are charged according to your mobile operator's rates. However, please note that calls to the number (0 800 357 114) are free, but only for subscribers of Ukrainian operators, regardless of whether they are in Ukraine or abroad.
What languages are supported by WhiteBIT voice support operators?
Our voice support service can forward your request to operators who speak the required language, depending on availability. You can call the number of the country that is most convenient for you, even if you do not speak the local language. An operator who speaks your preferred language will contact you for further communication.
