1. send a letter with your request to our email support@whitebit.com
2. Write to us in the online chat. To do this, click on the button in the lower right corner of the browser.
3. Navigate to the “Help” panel:
- Click on “Create a Ticket” to create a ticket or create a ticket by following the link: https://help.whitebit.com/hc/en/requests/new
- Click on “Requests” to check your previously created tickets.
- Click on “Chat on WhatsApp” to open a chat in WhatsApp.
