Depositing via Visa/Mastercard (not checkout) on the WhiteBIT via application

Depositing to your balance on WhiteBIT using globally accepted Visa/Mastercard payment systems is a fast and safe way to make a deposit and start trading on our exchange. Just follow our detailed instructions to make a successful deposit:

1. Navigate to the deposit form in the application

Open the main page and click the “Deposit” button. You can also go there by clicking the “Wallet” — “Deposit” tab.

2. Currency selection

Find the currency you want to deposit in the list or enter the currency ticker in the search bar. Click on the ticker of the selected currency.

3. Provider selection

In the opened window from the list of providers, select deposit via Visa/Mastercard.

Pay your attention: deposits via Google/Apple Pay are available for PLN, EUR and USD.

4. Fees

Specify the deposit amount in the appropriate field. Pay attention to the amount of the deposit you will receive, including the fee, then click the “Add credit card and proceed” button.


Pay your attention: it is recommended to familiarize yourself with the information about the minimum deposit amount by clicking on the icon next to the commission percentage.

5. Adding and saving Visa/Mastercard card

In the “Payment details” window, fill in the fields with your Visa/Mastercard information. If necessary, activate the “Save card” slider to use it for the next deposits. Click “Continue”.

6. Deposit Confirmation

You will be redirected to the Visa/Mastercard banking application to confirm the deposit. Confirm the payment.

7. Payment confirmation

To check your deposit details, go to the Wallet section of the WhiteBIT app and select the “History” icon. On the “Deposit” tab, you will be able to see the details of the transaction.
