On our exchange you can find many options for withdrawing funds in national currency, one of the most popular is GEO Pay e-wallet. This is a Ukrainian service that allows you to make P2P payments, deposit and withdraw fiat for its further exchange for digital assets on partner exchanges.
To withdraw UAH from our exchange you need to create an account on the GEO Pay platform.
There is an opportunity to pass KYC on the website, as well as to enable two-factor authentication. You can learn more about the functionality of the service in the following section FAQ.
How to make a withdrawal?
In order to make a UAH withdrawal, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Make sure that your funds are on the Main Balance;
- Go to the "Wallet" tab (in the lower right corner of the screen);
- Find UAH in the list of assets and click on the row;
- Now select the "Withdraw" option;
- In the withdrawal window select the payment system - UAH GeoPay E-Wallet.
- Then specify the amount you want to withdraw in the "Amount" field, as well as the GEO Pay account number.
How can I find out my account number?
To find out your account number, log in to your personal GEO Pay account and in the upper left corner under your username you will see your ID. Just copy it and paste it into the Client ID GEO Pay field in the withdrawal window of our exchange.
Then you need to click Continue and confirm the transaction.
Confirmation of withdrawal
To confirm your withdrawal you need to enter the verification code that will be sent to your email, it will be valid for 180 seconds. If for some reason you did not receive the withdrawal confirmation email, please read our article about possible actions in this situation. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you are required to enter the 2FA code from the application.
Please note: withdrawal of UAH GEO Pay from our exchange is available without any fee! In the withdrawal window you will see only the maximum withdrawal amount per day. There are limits for one transaction: minimum (UAH 50) and maximum (UAH 200 000) withdrawal amount. You can check these data on the "Fees" page. To do this, go to the account settings by clicking on the little man icon in the upper left corner, then open the section "Information about WhiteBIT" and "Fees".
However, the receiving party, namely GEO Pay can also charge fees and set limits.
Done! Withdrawal of UAH GEO Pay is completed. You can track the status and details of the transaction in the Withdrawal History on our exchange, as well as in the "History" section on the GEO Pay website. To find the transaction in the history on WhiteBIT, you need to select the "Wallet" section, then switch to the Main Balance at the top, select the "History" option and "Withdrawal" in the top line. Withdrawals usually take up to 48 hours.
Please note: on GEO Pay service it is possible to withdraw UAH to a bank card (we recommend checking the actual fee on GEO Pay website), but there is no possibility to pay online using GEO Pay wallet.
