How to deposit EUR using ZEN
ZEN.com is an international fintech company. Currently, WhiteBIT users have the opportunity to make EUR (Euro) and PLN (Zloty) deposits using the ZEN payment system. The deposit fee is 1%. Your available daily deposit limit will be displayed on the deposit page.
Depositing EUR using ZEN on our website
To deposit on our website via ZEN using currencies such as EUR or PLN, please follow the step-by-step guide below.
Please note: these instructions apply to both EUR and PLN. We have used EUR as an example, but the process remains the same for PLN; you just need to switch the currency ticker.
- Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances - Wallet” button and choose “Total” or “Main”.
- Press “Deposit” in the line opposite the Euro currency ticker (EUR).
- After that, the EUR deposit window will open in your browser. Select EUR ZEN as your payment provider.
- If you do not have an account with ZEN, enter a number to register your new or link existing ZEN account. If you already have an account, to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Please make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
- You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone
number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
- Select ZEN as the method for depositing funds in EUR on WhiteBIT. Enter the amount
and confirm the transaction. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app to confirm the payment.
- After your confirmation, the deposit will be successfully completed.
Done! You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.
The timeframe for crediting a deposit is up to 24 hours.
Depositing EUR using ZEN from our mobile application
To make a deposit via ZEN in WhiteBIT application using currencies such as EUR or PLN, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.
Please note: we have used EUR in this example. The process for a PLN withdrawal is identical; you simply need to select the corresponding ticker.

Navigate to the Deposit page
Go to the “Wallet” tab from the application’s main page and tap the “Deposit” button.
- Select the Currency
Find EUR in the list or enter the ticker in the search bar and click on it.
- Choose a provider
From payment options, select EUR ZEN as your payment provider.
- If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link, or download the application. If you already have an account, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange.
