ZEN is an international fintech company. The financial institution received a license from the Central Bank of Lithuania.
You can withdraw EUR (Euro) and PLN (Zloty) from our exchange using ZEN. Fees are 1.5%–3.5% for EUR and 1% for PLN. Your available daily withdrawal limit will be displayed on the withdrawal page.
In order to withdraw funds from WhiteBIT to your ZEN (ZEN) bank account, you'll need to follow the step-by-step guide.
Please note: these instructions apply to both EUR and PLN. We have used EUR as an example, but the process remains the same for PLN; you just need to switch the currency ticker.
1. Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances - Wallet” — “Total”/“Main” button.
2. Press “Withdraw” in the line opposite the Euro currency ticker (EUR).
3. After that, the EUR withdrawal window will open in your browser. Select EUR ZEN as your payment provider.
4. If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link. If you already have an account, to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
5. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone
number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
6. Select ZEN as the method for withdrawing funds in EUR from WhiteBIT. To confirm and create a withdrawal request you need to:
Enter the code specified in the email. This code will be valid for 180 seconds;
Specify the 2FA code from Google Authenticator or an alternative application;
Done! Now you can check your withdrawal in the History section. In the "Main Balance" and "Withdrawals" tab you will be able to see the details of your payment.
It can take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal from the moment the request is confirmed.
How to use ZEN for withdrawals from the application
To make a withdrawal from the WhiteBIT application, you need to follow the step-by-step guide. It applies to both EUR and PLN.
Please note: we have used EUR in this example. The process for a PLN withdrawal is identical; you simply need to select the corresponding ticker.
1. Navigate to the withdrawal form
Open the main page of the WhiteBIT application, you can go to the withdrawal form through the "Wallet" tab - "Withdraw".
2. Select a Currency
Find EUR in the list or enter the ticker in the search bar and click on it.
3. Choose a provider
From payment options, select EUR ZEN as your payment provider.
4. If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link, or download the application. If you already have an account, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange.
5. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
6. Select ZEN as the method for withdrawing funds in EUR from WhiteBIT. To confirm and create a withdrawal request you need to:
