FAQ

Are there any other methods of receiving UAH by card or cash?

Yes, of course! Among such methods:

  • P2P Express is a feature that allows you to exchange USDT to UAH using a P2P gateway. You can find more details about this withdrawal method in the instructions:
  1. To use the functionality, on the main page, hover your cursor over the Balances section;

  1. On the page you will see the corresponding button "P2P Express" opposite the ticker UAH or USDT;

Please note: for a successful exchange, you must have USDT on your balance.

  1. After clicking the "P2P Express" button, a menu with a form will open. In the form you should specify the desired withdrawal amount and UAH card details of the Ukrainian bank, to which the funds will be credited. If you have a previously saved card, you do not need to enter its data again;
  2. It is necessary to read the terms of use of the service provider and tick that you agree that the transaction will be performed outside the WhiteBIT exchange by a third-party service provider, as well as confirm that you have read and fully accept the Terms of Use of the service provider.

After that, click the "Proceed" button;

  1. In the next menu you will need to verify the correctness of the data entered and confirm the withdrawal request;
  2. After that, confirm the operation by indicating the code that was sent to your e-mail and click "Continue". If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) - additionally enter the code from an authenticator programme (e.g. Google Authenticator).

As a result of these steps, your request will be passed on to processing. Usually the process takes from one minute to one hour. You can check the status of the transaction in the History — Withdrawals page.

Please note: using the P2P Express function you can also exchange your UAH to USDT. For such an exchange you will need to transfer UAH to the card specified by the provider.

To do this you should click on the "arrows" button in the same "P2P Express" menu, then specify the exchange amount and the number of the UAH card of the Ukrainian bank, from which you will make the transfer. Afterwards, a window will open with the number of the recipient's card, to which you will need to transfer funds, and then after the transaction is processed by the service provider, USDT will be credited to your balance.
