Currently, there are several ways to deposit UAH on the exchange. Let's look at them in more detail:
Card Transfer
Card Transfer is a convenient, fast, and safe way to deposit UAH on WhiteBIT. Using this method, you will need to make a transfer to a bank card number from a pre-created invoice, while depositing is done via our P2P partner.
To deposit your balance using Card Transfer, please check the instructions:
- On the main page of the exchange, go to the Balances - Wallet section;
You can also use the yellow "Deposit" button in the upper right corner. The deposit window will open. Click on the "Select" or "Change" button and find the UAH currency ticker;
- Find UAH in the list or enter the currency ticker in the search bar. Then click on the "Deposit" button to the right of the selected currency ticker;
- In the opened window select recharge with Card Transfer from the list of providers. Specify the amount of your recharge and press "Proceed";
- It is recommended to familiarise yourself with the information on minimum and maximum deposit amounts by hovering your cursor over the icon next to the commission percentage;
Please pay attention to the daily limits for deposits and the amount of deposit you will receive including commission.
- After clicking "Proceed", a new page will open where you will have 10 minutes to pay the previously created invoice. First enter the number of your card you plan to pay with and click "Continue";
Please note that the transfer must be from your specified card — a deposit from another card or from a third party will be unsuccessful.
- The system will show you the card number of the P2P partner to which the transfer should be made;
- Familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of the service and make a transfer to this card in your banking;
- After the transfer, be sure to click the "I paid" button — this is a confirmation of your payment. Also, you need to upload the receipt;
- If you change your mind or decide to change the amount of your deposit, click "Cancel" and you will be returned to the WhiteBIT Balances page.
The details and status of the payment will be immediately displayed on your screen. Additionally, you can find this information on the History — Deposits page.
P2P Express
P2P Express is a feature that allows you to exchange UAH for cryptocurrency via a P2P gateway. You can find out more about this deposit method in the instructions:
- At the top of the homepage, hover over the “Buy Crypto” section and select “P2P Express”.
- In the “What do you want to top up?” window, select Your account on WhiteBIT.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit and select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive: USDT or another asset.
Please note: using the “P2P Express” feature, you can purchase not only USDT but also other cryptocurrencies, such as BTC, ETH and so on. The rate displayed before you confirm the transaction already includes the exchange rate and the conversion fee. This lets you estimate in advance how much cryptocurrency you will receive.
- Enter your payment card details.
- Send the funds.
Please note: at this stage, a 30-minute timer starts, during which the transfer must be completed.
- Upload proof of payment.
Please note: to confirm the transfer, please upload the transfer receipt to the relevant field. You can upload a file of up to 5 MB in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. You must upload the file within 30 minutes of creating the exchange request. If proof of the transfer is not uploaded within this time, the transaction will be cancelled.
- Confirm your payment.
Following these steps, your request will be sent for processing. This usually takes between one minute and one hour. You can check the status of your transaction in the History — Deposits.
