MoneyGram is one of the world's largest international money transfer providers. Integration with MoneyGram allows WhiteBIT users to convert cryptocurrency into cash. WhiteBIT users (citizens and residents of Ukraine) can exchange USDC (Stellar) for UAH at MoneyGram branches. We will navigate you through the process of withdrawing funds from the exchange using this service in this article.

How to withdraw USDC via MoneyGram in the web version of the exchange?

1. Go to the “Balances” — “Total”/“Main” tab.

2. Enter the USDC cryptocurrency ticker into the search box.

3. Click on the “Withdraw” button located on the right side of the line opposite the USDC ticker.

4. Select the “Stellar” network and “MoneyGram” provider in the USDC withdrawal window. Click “Continue”.

5. Specify the withdrawal amount in the “Amount” field and activate the “Include fee in amount” slider. Agree to the rules and policies of the MoneyGram payment service and the clause of the WhiteBIT User Agreement.

6. Specify the national currency in which you would like to receive the withdrawal. Confirm the information on the withdrawal amount and currency.
7. Complete the MoneyGram identity verification procedure by entering your personal information in the application form.
8. Press “Confirm”.
9. Return to the exchange website and confirm the withdrawal using the code you will receive by email and the 2FA code.

Done! You can track the status of your USDC withdrawal request in the “History” — “Withdrawals” tab. Click on the “Track status” button. Follow the link to check the status of your request and the control number.

After the transaction has a successful status in the system, you have to come to a MoneyGram branch to receive cash. Be sure to bring your control number and identity document with you.

How to withdraw USDC via MoneyGram in a mobile application?

In order to make a USDC MoneyGram withdrawal in the WhiteBIT mobile app, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the “Wallet” — “Withdraw” tab.

2. Enter the USDC cryptocurrency ticker using the search function.

3. Select the “Stellar” network and “MoneyGram” provider. Click “Continue”.

4. Specify the withdrawal amount in the “Amount” field and activate the “Include fee in amount” slider. Agree to the rules and policies of the MoneyGram payment service and the clause of the WhiteBIT User Agreement.

5. Specify the national currency in which you would like to receive the withdrawal. Confirm the information on the withdrawal amount and currency.
6. Complete the MoneyGram identity verification procedure by entering your personal information in the application form.
7. Press “Confirm”.
8. Return to the exchange website and confirm the withdrawal using the code you will receive by email and the 2FA code.

Please note: you also have the opportunity to cancel the transaction by clicking on the “Track status” button. In order to do this, select the cancellation reason and click “Cancel a transfer”  in the corresponding form.
