P2P Express is a functionality that allows you to buy and sell USDT using a bank card. It automatically finds the best rates for exchanging USDT for UAH, KZT, and ARS, and vice versa.
Important note: The list of available currencies (UAH, KZT, or ARS) is determined by the country of your KYC verification — Ukraine, Kazakhstan, or Argentina, accordingly.
The exchange is carried out using a third-party P2P service. The exchange rate is determined by the market and the exchange service provider; it corresponds to the counter-offer rate on the P2P platform. During the exchange, the rate may also fluctuate depending on market conditions. There is no separate fee for P2P Express.
Please note that WhiteBIT does not influence the price of USDT.
P2P Express exchange of UAH/KZT/ARS to USDT on the website
1. Click on the Buy Crypto - P2P Express section on the home page.
Please note: you can also find P2P Express on the UAH/KZT/ARS deposit page. Please go to Balances → Wallet, and click Deposit next to the appropriate ticker. Then select the P2P Express provider.
2. Selecting the preferred option to top up your balance. In order to exchange UAH/KZT/ARS to USDT, you need to choose the “Your account on WhiteBIT” option.
3. Exchange creation. In the next window, enter the desired exchange amount and click “Continue”. Here, you will also be able to see how much USDT will be credited to your WhiteBIT balance after the exchange is successfully processed.
If you specify an amount that exceeds the limit for a single exchange, the “You Give” field will turn red, and you will see the current maximum limit.
Please note: these limits apply only to single exchanges. This means that you can make multiple exchanges that do not exceed the specified limit. The maximum and minimum limits are set by the provider.
Next, add the number of the card that you will use for the transfer.
If you have a previously saved card, you do not need to re-enter its data.
Please note that you should read the service provider's Terms of Use and tick the checkbox that you agree that the transaction will be executed outside the WhiteBIT Exchange by a third party service provider, and confirm that you have read and fully accept the service provider's Terms of Use.
After that, click the “Continue” button.
4. Data verification and funds transfer. After pressing the “Continue” button, a window will open with the recipient's card number to which you will need to transfer funds. Familiarise yourself with the rules of using the service and make the transfer to this card in your banking application.
As proof of the card charge, please upload the transfer receipt in the corresponding field. You can upload a file up to 5 MB in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. You have to upload the file within 30 minutes after creating the exchange request. If the proof of card debit is not uploaded within this time, the transaction will be cancelled.
After that, confirm the transaction by clicking the “I paid” button.
Please note: You will not be able to confirm the payment without uploading proof of card debit. This will increase the transparency of transactions and reduce the likelihood of fraud, providing greater security for all participants in P2P exchanges.
5. Status tracking. As a result of the steps taken, your request will be passed to processing. Usually the process takes from one minute to one hour. You can check the status of the transaction in the “P2P Express” menu.
You can also check your exchange details by selecting the History section. In the Deposits tab you will be able to see the details of your transaction.
Once the transaction is processed by the service provider, USDT will be credited to your balance.

P2P Express exchange of UAH/KZT/ARS to USDT in the app

You can also access the P2P Express feature in the Wallet section or by selecting the appropriate fiat currency or USDT from this menu.
