Why is the transition necessary?

The transition of WhiteBIT Card to is an important step to ensure uninterrupted access to the service. All your data on will remain intact, and the transition process is needed solely to ensure continuation of your WhiteBIT Card services. 

How to carry out the transition?

The transition applies to the users who are owners of virtual WB Card or who have already applied to get WhiteBIT Card before the process was initiated.

  1. Go to the WB Card page on platform. Your WB card details are no longer displayed on the page. Click on the "Start now" button. You will be redirected to the password recovery page, where you need to fill in your email address, which is registered on

Transferring funds
