Fiat withdrawal on our exchange can be done in several ways, one of which is Visa/Mastercard. Currently, this method can be used to withdraw EUR, USD and KZT. Visa and Mastercard are global payment systems that accept payments in most countries.
How to withdraw funds via Visa/Mastercard in the app?
1 - Go to the Wallet section and click the Withdraw button. Find the ticker of the fiat currency you want to withdraw or simply write the ticker in the search field.
Alternatively, you can find the ticker in the Wallet section and then click the Withdraw button.
2 - Choose the Visa/Mastercard on the list of providers and click the yellow button “Add credit card and proceed”.
3 - Enter the payment details. You can enable the toggle “save card” for future withdrawals. Please note that all fields, including address information, must be filled in to add the card.
4 - Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
Please note: the "Include fee in amount" toggle allows you to choose whether the recipient receives the specified amount or the net amount after the fee is deducted from your balance:
- If the toggle is deactivated, the fee will be deducted from your balance.
- If the toggle is activated, the fee will be deducted from the amount you enter in the "Amount" field.
By clicking on the “Information” icon next to the toggle, you can see the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts for this method, as well as the applicable fees.
5 - Accept the required terms and click on the “Continue” button.
6 - Carefully review the information in the confirmation window. Enter the authentication code and the code sent to your e-mail. Click "Confirm withdrawal request" if everything is correct.
Fees
The withdrawal fee using Visa/Mastercard may vary depending on the currency. When withdrawing EUR via Visa/Mastercard, the fee is 2 EUR + 2%. For USD withdrawals, the fee is 2 USD + 2%. For KZT withdrawals, the fee is 1.5%.
