Nóva Card Reissuance: Period Has Ended

 The reissuance period for WhiteBIT Nova cards for users with a verified Ukrainian address (PoA) lasted from April 21 to May 21, 2026, and has now ended.

This update was introduced to provide greater flexibility for future limit increases, support product growth, and enable participation in new promotional campaigns.

Since the reissuance period has ended, all cards (both virtual and physical) that were not reissued during the designated period have been automatically closed.

If you did not complete the reissuance in time, you can order a new WhiteBIT Nova card at any time through the standard card ordering process.

Please note: if you reissued your card during the active period, the card must be re-added to Apple Pay or Google Pay and all subscriptions must be re-linked to it.

FAQ

If the card was reissued, do I need to order a new physical card or can I keep using my current one? In case of reissuance, you need to order a new physical card. The previous card is no longer supported and cannot be used.

 

I already paid for my physical card. Do I need to order a new one? Yes, to use the WhiteBIT Nova physical card, you need to order a new one. If you prefer, you can use a virtual card instead.

 

My physical card is valid until 2030. Why do I need to order a new one? The expiration date does not guarantee unchanged usage conditions. Due to the update, all cards (even those that had not expired) had to be reissued.

 

If I reissue my card, will my current physical card become invalid? Yes. After reissuance, the old card is deactivated, and only the new card is active.

 

What about the cost of issuing and delivering the new card? Card issuance is free of charge. The user only pays for the delivery of the physical card.

 

Can I get compensation for the Nova physical card reissuance? Yes, we can consider compensating the delivery cost of the new WhiteBIT Nova physical card. Please contact the WhiteBIT support service at support@whitebit.com; your request will be reviewed.

 

My card has disappeared from the Nova section. What does it mean? The reissuance period ended on May 21, 2026. If your card was not reissued during this period, it has been automatically closed. You can order a new card through the standard process.
