Starting April 21, 2026, the reissuance process for WhiteBIT Nova cards will begin for users with a verified Ukrainian address (PoA).
This update is introduced to provide greater flexibility for future limit increases, support product growth, and enable participation in new promotional campaigns.
Reissuance of a physical card is carried out at the user’s expense (delivery fee only). As a bonus, users will receive 3% cashback on all transactions for one month.
To reissue your card, follow these steps:
- Tap the relevant notification on the dashboard.
- Press the “Start migration” button.
One month is allocated for card reissuance. If the user does not initiate the reissuance within this period, the card (both virtual and physical) will be automatically closed. After that, the card can be ordered again.
Please note: after reissuance, the card must be re-added to Apple Pay or Google Pay and all subscriptions must be re-linked to it.
