Currently, PLN withdrawals from the exchange to a card are available via two methods: Checkout Visa/Mastercard and ZEN.
Checkout.com is an international payment service that enables secure financial transactions. It offers a wide range of financial services and specializes in online payments.
ZEN is an e-wallet created by an international fintech company.
Before making a withdrawal, please ensure that your assets are held in your "Main" balance. If the funds are not in your "Main" balance, you can perform a transfer between balances directly on the "Balances" page.
Withdrawing PLN via Checkout Visa/Mastercard on the website
To withdraw PLN on the WhiteBIT website via Checkout Visa/Mastercard, follow these instructions:
On the Main page, select "Balances - Withdraw" and choose PLN, or on the "Wallet" page, select PLN and click the "Withdraw" button.
Select the Checkout Visa/Mastercard provider.
Add the card to which you plan to withdraw funds, or select an already saved card.
If necessary, you can change the saved card by clicking the corresponding "Change" button.
Enter the amount in the appropriate field.
You can use the "Include fee in amount" toggle. Excluding the fee - the "Include fee in amount" toggle is off. Including the fee — the "Include fee in amount"toggle is on.
Pay attention to the daily withdrawal limit, as well as the withdrawal amount you will receive taking the fee into account.
Also, the withdrawal window displays the withdrawal amount in USDT or USDC equivalent (for EU users).
We recommend familiarizing yourself with the information regarding the minimum withdrawal amount by clicking the icon next to the fee percentage.
Confirm that you are performing the withdrawal in accordance with the terms of the user agreement. Click "Continue".
Carefully review the information in the confirmation window. Enter the authentication code and the code sent to your email. Click "Confirm withdrawal request" if everything is correct.
You can check the transaction information in the "Balances - History" section on the "History - Withdrawals" page.
Withdrawing PLN via Checkout Visa/Mastercard in the application
To withdraw PLN on the WhiteBIT in the application via Checkout Visa/Mastercard, follow these instructions:
On the Main page, select the "Wallet" section, click the "Withdraw" button. Find and click on the PLN ticker. You can also enter the PLN ticker in the search bar.
Additionally, you can find the PLN ticker directly in the "Wallet" section and select the "Withdraw" option.
Select the Checkout Visa/Mastercard provider.
Click on the "Add new card" button or select an already saved one.
If necessary, you can change the saved card by clicking the corresponding "Change" button.
Enter the amount in the appropriate field.

How to use ZEN to withdraw PLN on the website
To withdraw PLN via ZEN on the website, follow these instructions:
1. Go to the Main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances - Wallet” — “Total”/“Main” button.
2. Press “Withdraw” in the line opposite the Zloty currency ticker (PLN).
3. After that, the PLN withdrawal window will open in your browser. Select PLN ZEN as your payment provider.
4. If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link. If you already have an account, to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
5. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone
number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
6. Select ZEN as the method for withdrawing funds in PLN from WhiteBIT. To confirm and create a withdrawal request you need to:
Enter the code specified in the email. This code will be valid for 180 seconds;
Specify the 2FA code from Google Authenticator or an alternative application;
Done! Now you can check your withdrawal in the History section. In the "Main Balance" and "Withdrawals" tab you will be able to see the details of your payment.
It can take up to 24 hours to process a withdrawal from the moment the request is confirmed.
How to use ZEN to withdraw funds from the application
To withdraw PLN via ZEN in the application, follow these instructions:
1. Navigate to the withdrawal form. Open the main page of the WhiteBIT application, you can go to the withdrawal form through the "Wallet" tab - "Withdraw".
2. Select a Currency. Find PLN in the list or enter the ticker in the search bar and click on it.
3. Choose a provider. From payment options, select PLN ZEN as your payment provider.
4. If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link or download the application. If you already have an account, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.

PLN Withdrawal Fees
The withdrawal fee via Checkout Visa/Mastercard depends on the card's issuing country and the card type:
- For cards issued within the EU, the fee is 1.5%;
- For commercial cards and cards issued outside the EU, the fee is 3.5%.
The withdrawal fee via ZEN for PLN is 1%.

Once you have withdrawn your funds from WhiteBIT to your ZEN account, you can either use your ZEN account for payments or withdraw the funds to your bank card or bank account.
