Buy crypto via ZEN on the website

To complete an order using a ZEN account on the WhiteBIT website, please follow these instructions:

1. On the Main page, select the “Buy crypto” section to navigate to the Buy crypto page.
   
    
2. In the “I give” window, select EUR or PLN (only these two currencies are available for payment via ZEN) and enter the desired amount.
   
    
3. In the “I receive” window, select the ticker of the cryptocurrency you wish to receive.
   
    
4. Below, in the “Pay with” field, click on the arrow.
   
    
5. Select “ZEN” as the payment method, click on it, and then click “Confirm”.

Please note that for the initial setup, you must follow these steps:

1. Click “Connect ZEN”. In the pop-up window, enter the phone number associated with your ZEN account and click “Connect”.
   
    
2. Do not close the WhiteBIT website window. 
   To confirm the account linking, open your ZEN app and tap “I agree”. You may also receive an SMS with a confirmation link.
   
    
3. In the ZEN connection window on the WhiteBIT website, click “Confirm”.

Important: You can only connect one ZEN account. Ensure that the name of the ZEN account holder matches the name on the KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.

6. In the next field, verify all information and the payment method (ZEN must be selected), then click “Buy”.
   
    
7. Read and accept the Exchange Terms and Conditions. 
   
    
8. In the confirmation window, verify the exchange details once more and click “Confirm”.
   
    
9. Open the ZEN app and approve your transaction within 30 minutes.

Done! Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your Main Balance.

Buy crypto via ZEN in the application

To complete  an order using a ZEN account in the WhiteBIT application, please follow these instructions:

1. On the Main page, open the “WhiteBIT Products” page, and under the “Finance” section, select “Buy crypto”.
   
    
2. In the “Give” window, select EUR or PLN (only these two currencies are available for payment via ZEN) and enter the desired amount.
   
    
3. In the “Receive” window, select the ticker of the cryptocurrency you wish to purchase.
   
    
4. Below, in the “Pay with” field, tap the arrow.
   
    
5. Select “ZEN” as the payment method, tap it, and then tap “Continue”.

Please note that for the initial setup, you must follow these steps:

1. Tap “Connect ZEN”. In the window that opens, enter the phone number associated with your ZEN account and tap “Connect”.
   
    
2. To confirm the account linking, open your ZEN app and tap “I agree”. You may also receive an SMS with a confirmation link.
   
    
3. In the ZEN connection window within the WhiteBIT app, tap “Confirm”.

9. Open the ZEN app and approve your transaction within 30 minutes.
