Currently, there are several methods available to deposit PLN into your exchange balance. Let’s examine them in detail:
Depositing PLN via Checkout Visa/Mastercard on the website
Checkout Visa/Mastercard is one of the fastest and most secure ways to make a deposit.
To deposit via the website, please follow these instructions:
On the exchange homepage, navigate to the "Balances — Wallet" section. Find PLN in the list or enter the PLN ticker in the search bar, then click on it. Click the "Deposit" button to the right of the selected currency ticker.
Alternatively, you can use the yellow "Deposit" button in the top right corner. In the window that appears, click "Change" and search for the PLN ticker.
In the deposit window, select Checkout Visa/Mastercard from the list of payment providers. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
Pay attention to the daily deposit limits and the final amount you will receive after the fee is deducted.
We also recommend checking the minimum and maximum deposit amounts by hovering over the icon next to the fee percentage.
Click "Add new card". For your first deposit, you will be prompted to provide payment details; please add your billing address.
In the "Payment Details" window, fill in your bank card information. If necessary, toggle the "Save card" switch to use it for future deposits. You can also update your billing address in this window. If you have previously saved your bank card information, the added card will be used for the deposit.
Click "Continue."
Enter your CVV code in the corresponding field and click "Continue."
You will be redirected to a waiting screen for deposit confirmation. Confirm the payment within your mobile banking app.
The transaction details and status will immediately appear on your screen. Additionally, you can find this information under the "History" — "Deposits" tab.
Depositing PLN via Checkout Visa/Mastercard in the application
To deposit via the mobile app, please follow these instructions:
Open the WhiteBIT app homepage and tap the "Deposit" button. Alternatively, you can navigate to the deposit form via the "Wallet" — "Deposit" tab.
Find PLN in the list or enter the PLN ticker in the search bar, then click on it.
From the list of available providers, select Checkout Visa/Mastercard. Tap "Continue."
Please note the daily deposit limit as well as the final amount you will receive after the fee deduction.
We also recommend checking the minimum deposit amount by tapping the icon next to the fee percentage.
Click “Continue”.
During the first deposit, you will be asked for payment details — please add your billing address.
In the corresponding field, specify your deposit amount.
Tap "Add new card" or select a previously saved card. In the "Payment Details" window, fill in your bank card information.
If necessary, toggle the "Save card" switch to use it for future deposits.
Enter your CVV code in the required field and tap "Continue."
You will be redirected to your banking app to authorize the transaction. Confirm the payment.
To check the details of your deposit, navigate to the "Wallet" section in the WhiteBIT app and tap the "History" button. Your transaction details will be available under the "Main" and "Deposits" tabs.
Depositing PLN via Apple Pay on the website
Depositing via Apple Pay is a fast and convenient method available on the exchange.
To make a deposit on the website, please follow these instructions:
On the exchange homepage, navigate to the "Balances — Wallet" section. Find PLN in the list or enter the PLN ticker in the search bar, then click on it. Click the "Deposit" button to the right of the selected currency ticker.
Alternatively, you can click the yellow "Deposit" button in the top right corner. In the window that opens, click "Change" and find the PLN ticker.
In the deposit window, select Apple Pay from the list of payment providers. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.

Click the "Pay" button.

Depositing PLN using ZEN on our website
ZEN.com is a payment system that enables PLN deposits.
Go to the main page of the exchange and click on the “Balances - Wallet” button and choose “Total” or “Main”.
Press “Deposit” in the line opposite the PLNo currency ticker (PLN).
After that, the PLN deposit window will open in your browser. Select PLN ZEN as your payment provider.
If you do not have an account with ZEN, enter a number to register your new or link existing ZEN account. If you already have an account, to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Please make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone
number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
Select ZEN as the method for depositing funds in PLN on WhiteBIT. Enter the amount
and confirm the transaction. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app to confirm the payment.
After your confirmation, the deposit will be successfully completed.
Done! You can follow the status of the transaction in the “History” — “Deposits” tab.
Depositing PLN using ZEN from our mobile application
Navigate to the Deposit page. Go to the “Wallet” tab from the application’s main page and tap the “Deposit” button.
Select the Currency. Find PLN in the list or enter the ticker in the search bar and click on it.
Choose a provider. From payment options, select PLN ZEN as your payment provider.
If you do not have an account with ZEN, please register via the link, or download the application. If you already have an account, use the same phone number you selected when creating your ZEN account to connect the provider to the WhiteBIT exchange.
Please note that you can only link one ZEN account. Please make sure that the account owner name in your ZEN account is the same as in KYC documents provided to WhiteBIT.
You will receive a notification in the ZEN app for confirmation after linking your phone number. The provider and exchange will confirm your consent within a few seconds, and you will be able to deposit and withdraw funds.
Enter the amount and confirm the transaction. You will receive a notification in the ZEN app to confirm the payment. After your confirmation, the deposit will be successfully completed.
Done! Now you can check the transaction details in the History section. In the “Main” and "Deposits” tab you will be able to keep an eye on the transaction status.
