How WhiteBIT USD Card Differs from WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card

WhiteBIT USD Card and WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card are different card products.

WhiteBIT USD Card:

  • is available on whitebit.com;
  • has USD as its currency;
  • is available only in virtual format;
  • is opened via USD Account;
  • is intended for WhiteBIT users.

WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card:

  • is a card in EUR;
  • is linked to EUR Account;
  • from July 1, 2026, will be suspended on whitebit.com in accordance with the entry into force of MICA requirements;
  • must be transferred to WhiteBIT Europe after the launch of whitebit.eu;
  • may be available in virtual and physical formats within WhiteBIT Europe.

Opening WhiteBIT USD Card does not transfer WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card to WhiteBIT Europe.

What to Do If the Card Is Unavailable

If you do not see the option to open WhiteBIT USD Card, this may mean that:

  • the card is not yet available for your account;
  • the launch is still being rolled out in stages;
  • your country is not supported;
  • you need to pass or complete additional verification;
  • your account does not meet the product requirements.

When the WhiteBIT USD Card becomes available for your account, you will receive a corresponding notification.
