WhiteBIT Nova USD Card is a new virtual card in US dollars created for the convenience of whitebit.com users. It will soon appear on our exchange after the migration of Nova EUR Card to the WhiteBIT Europe platform. Read more about the migration in the article at the link.

The card will be available to users from the allowed countries after passing additional verification. There will be no waitlist for WhiteBIT Nova USD Card.

What Is WhiteBIT Nova USD Card

WhiteBIT Nova USD Card is a separate card product for whitebit.com.

Key features:

• card currency – USD;
• format – virtual card only;
• physical card is unavailable at launch;
• the card is opened via the USD Account;
• card product provider – Hashbank;
• the card is available to whitebit.com users from the allowed countries;
• additional verification is required to open it;
• there is no waitlist.

WhiteBIT Nova USD Card is not a migration of WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card. This is a new card for whitebit.com users.

Who Can Open the Card

WhiteBIT Nova USD Card can be opened by users who:

• have an account on whitebit.com;
• are located in a country where the card is available;
• meet the card product provider’s requirements;
• have successfully passed additional verification.

If the user’s country is on the restricted list, card issuance will be unavailable.

Which countries is WhiteBIT Nova USD Card available in?

Currently, the Visa WhiteBIT Nova USD Card crypto card is available to users in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Ukraine. If your region is not supported yet, you can subscribe to updates to learn about future availability.

When the Card Will Become Available

The launch of WhiteBIT Nova USD Card will take place in stages.

When the WhiteBIT Nova USD Card becomes available for your account, WhiteBIT will notify you by email, push notification, or another available communication channel.

How to Open WhiteBIT Nova USD Card

When the card becomes available for your account, you will be able to apply for it in the card section.

General procedure:

1. Go to the card section on whitebit.com.
2. Select USD Account or WhiteBIT Nova USD Card.
3. Complete additional identity verification.
4. Wait for the verification result.
5. After approval, open the virtual card.

Alternative method:

1. Open the card section in the WhiteBIT app.
2. Click on the flags icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.
3. Click “Open” in the USD account option.
4. Tap “Get the card”.
5. Complete additional identity verification.
6. Wait for the verification result.
7. After approval, open the virtual card.

After successful verification, you will be able to open a virtual WhiteBIT Nova USD Card, choose assets for payments, set the spending priority, view spending analytics, and manage the card settings.

If you already have WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card, during the grace transition period, the interface may display 2 card accounts at the same time:

• EUR Account - for WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card;
• USD Account - for WhiteBIT Nova USD Card.

You can switch between accounts by clicking on the appropriate flag in the upper-left corner of the card screen.

The simultaneous display of EUR Account and USD Account is possible specifically during the grace transition period. It is related to the future migration of WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card to WhiteBIT Europe after the launch of whitebit.eu.

Additional Verification

To open the WhiteBIT Nova USD Card, you need to pass additional verification.

Additional verification is completed as a single process in the app. In some cases, the system may ask you to upload a document again, even if you have already passed a similar verification level before.

During verification, the following may be required:

• identity document;
• selfie;
• questionnaire on expenses and sources of income;
• residential address.

The residential address will need to be entered manually. According to current information, a separate proof of address document is not required.

If the application is rejected, you may be asked for additional documents or information.

Verification applications are usually processed within 2 hours, although the verification process can sometimes take up to 24 hours. The procedure on the user’s part usually takes no more than 3–4 minutes.

Fees and Limits

The following terms apply to WhiteBIT Nova USD Card:

ATM cash withdrawal limits will start to apply only after this feature is enabled. At launch, cash withdrawals are unavailable.

The terms may be updated. Current fees and limits will be available in the card interface.

Which Assets Can Be Used

To spend with WhiteBIT Nova USD Card, supported cryptoassets, including USDT and USDC, must be available.

Conversion for WhiteBIT Nova USD Card is performed via USD. The full list of available assets will later be displayed in the interface.

Cashback

The cashback terms for WhiteBIT Nova USD Card remain the same as for WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card, but the calculation is performed in USD. More details are available via the link in the article “Nóva Card Cashback: categories, MCC codes, and accrual rules”.

If additional cashback terms apply to the card, they will be displayed in the interface or communicated separately.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

At the first stage, tokenization for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet will not be available in the WhiteBIT app. This means that the app will not have a button that automatically starts linking the card to the required wallet.

At the same time, you will be able to add the WhiteBIT Nova USD Card manually directly in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet app. To do this, you will need to open the corresponding wallet and enter the card details manually.

WhiteBIT will notify users separately when automatic card addition via the app becomes available.

Can WhiteBIT Nova USD Card Be Topped Up via Apple Pay or Google Pay?

No, this feature is unavailable.

Can Cash Be Withdrawn?

At launch, cash withdrawals will be unavailable for WhiteBIT Nova USD Card.

WhiteBIT plans to add this option later. When cash withdrawals become available, users will be notified separately.

How WhiteBIT Nova USD Card Differs from WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card

WhiteBIT Nova USD Card and WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card are different card products.

WhiteBIT Nova USD Card:

• is available on whitebit.com;
• has USD as its currency;
• is available only in virtual format;
• is opened via USD Account;
• is intended for WhiteBIT users.

WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card:

• is a card in EUR;
• is linked to EUR Account;
• from July 1, 2026, will be suspended on whitebit.com in accordance with the entry into force of MICA requirements;
• must be transferred to WhiteBIT Europe after the launch of whitebit.eu;
• may be available in virtual and physical formats within WhiteBIT Europe.

Opening WhiteBIT Nova USD Card does not transfer WhiteBIT Nova EUR Card to WhiteBIT Europe.

Is WhiteBIT Nova USD Card Linked to a Hashbank Account for SWIFT Transfers?

An account or card opened with Hashbank for SWIFT transfers is a separate banking product and is not directly linked to WhiteBIT Nova USD Card.

What to Do If the Card Is Unavailable

If you do not see the option to open WhiteBIT Nova USD Card, this may mean that:

• the card is not yet available for your account;
• the launch is still being rolled out in stages;
• your country is not supported;
• you need to pass or complete additional verification;
• your account does not meet the product requirements.

When the WhiteBIT Nova USD Card becomes available for your account, you will receive a corresponding notification.
