FAQ: Nova Card EUR, Nova Card USD, and the Launch of WhiteBIT EU

What will happen to the Nova Card EUR from 30 June?

Nova Card EUR was frozen on June 30. It will be unfrozen after the launch of the separate European platform WhiteBIT EU.

Nova Card USD will also be launched in the coming days. You will be able to issue it without waiting on whitebit.com and use it without registering on WhiteBIT EU.

At launch, only a virtual card will be available. In terms of core functionality, Nova Card USD will be almost identical to Nova Card EUR. The card issuer is a non-European provider. This step is being introduced to ensure the most uninterrupted access possible to the crypto card service.

When will WhiteBIT EU be launched?

Do I need to register on WhiteBIT EU to continue using Nova Card EUR?

No. After the launch of WhiteBIT EU, you will need to complete an additional KYC level on whitebit.com. This will allow you to continue using Nova Card EUR.

Is whitebit.com shutting down? Will everyone need to register on WhiteBIT EU?

No, whitebit.com is not shutting down. Registration on WhiteBIT EU is not mandatory for all users and depends on your preferences and needs.

WhiteBIT EU is a separate platform, like WhiteBIT TR, WhiteBIT GE, or WhiteBIT UK.

Will Ukrainians be able to continue using Nova Card EUR after the launch of WhiteBIT EU?

Yes. To do so, after the launch of WhiteBIT EU, you will need to complete an additional KYC level on whitebit.com.

Will my skins from Nova Card EUR be available on Nova Card USD?

At launch, skins from Nova Card EUR will not be available on Nova Card USD. We will do our best to transfer all skins you have received to Nova Card USD.

Can I save my Nova Card EUR transaction history?

Yes. Your transaction history will migrate together with the card and will be available after the process is complete.

If you need to save your transaction history separately, you can download it as a PDF or CSV file.

What happens if I receive a refund after the migration process?

The funds will be returned to your exchange balance.
