Small balances of cryptocurrency and fiat funds often accumulate in the Main and Trading balances in amounts that are too small for everyday use. Such assets, whose total value does not exceed the equivalent of 5 USDT, are commonly referred to as “dust.”

To address this issue, we have updated the conversion feature, allowing you to instantly clear these residual amounts by exchanging them for your chosen currency with a single click. This update includes:

• Support for different balance types (“Total,” “Main,” “Trading”),
• An expanded list of target currencies for conversion,
• An automatic weekly conversion feature that streamlines the process and requires no manual intervention.

How do I convert “dust”?

You can access the conversion feature on the “Balances” page under the “General,” “Main,” and “Trading” sections. You will be prompted to choose between a one-time conversion of your current balances or to enable the weekly mode so that the exchange occurs automatically every week. Detailed instructions are provided below:

For a one-time conversion

1. Select the target currency for the exchange from the available options (BTC, WBT, ETH, USDC, or USDT, depending on your region).

2. Review the transaction details and complete the process by confirming your actions.

3. Done! All funds received are automatically transferred to your Main Balance.

Please note: Once the conversion is complete, you’ll have the option to enable automatic weekly conversion for your convenience in the future.

For weekly conversion

1. Toggle on the weekly automatic conversion switch.

2. Select the target currency for the exchange from the available options (BTC, WBT, ETH, USDC, or USDT, depending on your region).

3. Review the transaction details and complete the process by confirming your actions.

4. Done! Once the transaction is complete, your current “dust” will be exchanged instantly, and the recurring weekly conversion will be activated.

Important: Any confirmation of actions in this window (even without making any actual changes) automatically triggers an immediate asset exchange. This resets the weekly cycle, starting a new 7-day countdown until the next automatic transaction.

Please note: A standard 5% fee is charged for any “dust” conversion (whether one-time or weekly).
