“Dust” refers to small, illiquid remnants of cryptocurrencies or fiat funds stored on your Main and Trade balances. This category includes assets where the total value of each individual currency type does not exceed the equivalent of 5 USDT, making them inconvenient for practical use.
To resolve this situation, we have updated the conversion feature, which allows you to instantly clear these residual amounts by exchanging them for a chosen currency with a single click. This update includes:
- Support for various balance types (Total, Main, Trade),
- An expanded list of target currencies for exchange,
- An automatic weekly conversion feature that automates the process without the need for manual intervention.
How to perform dust conversion in the web version?
- Open the Balances page in the Total, Main, or Trading section.
- Click the “Convert dust’” button in the right-hand corner.
- Choose between a one-time or weekly conversion.
For one-time conversion
- Select the target currency for the exchange from the available options (BTC, WBT, ETH, USDT/USDC).
- Review the operation details, and complete the process by confirming your actions.
- Done! All received funds are automatically credited to your Main balance.
Note: Once the conversion is complete, you will have the option to activate automatic weekly conversion for future convenience.
For weekly conversion
- Activate the weekly automatic exchange switch (it is disabled by default).
- Select the target currency for the exchange from the available options (BTC, WBT, ETH, USDT/USDC).
- Review the operation details, and complete the process by confirming your actions.
- Done! After the operation is complete, the current dust will be exchanged immediately, and a recurring weekly conversion will be activated.
Important: Any confirmation of actions in this window (even without making actual changes) will automatically initiate an immediate exchange of assets. At the same time, this updates the weekly cycle, starting a new 7-day countdown until the next automatic operation.
Please note: Conversion applies simultaneously to the Main and Trade balances, regardless of which tab you started from.

How to convert dust in the mobile app?

Managing active automatic conversion
- Changing the currency: select the required currency, click “Apply”, and “Confirm automatic conversion”.
- Keeping the current currency: confirm the currency selection and click “Apply”.
If you lose access to the chosen currency for automatic exchange (e.g., during re-verification of KYC), the weekly conversion will be completely disabled. To restore the process, you must reconfigure it by choosing another available currency.
- No dust: if there is no dust on your balance to exchange, the system will automatically skip the weekly cycle. In this case, the transaction is not performed, and no notifications or error messages are sent.
- Disabling the function: set the switch to the “Disabled” state. After this, the list of currencies will be grayed out and become inactive.
Note: any confirmation of actions in this modal window will trigger an immediate start of the conversion and update the weekly schedule, beginning a new 7-day countdown.
