How to apply for a card using the WhiteBIT mobile app?

In order to apply for the card, you need to pass the “Nova USD Card” verification level. To do this, follow the instructions:

1. Open the WhiteBIT app. Open the Account settings → Verification page.

2. Find the “Nova USD Card” level and click “Start”.

3. Select your country from the list, and click “Start”.

4. Confirm that you have read the Privacy Notice and the Notification to Processing of Personal Data, and click “Continue”.

5. Fill out the Personal information form.

6. Select type and issuing country of your identity document.

 

Please note: passport is the only acceptable document for this level of verification.

 

7. Scan your document.

8. Scan your face in accordance with the instructions on the screen.

9. Enter your phone number to receive a verification code.

10. Enter the verification code you have received.

11. Fill out the next form providing the information regarding your citizenship and legal address. All required fields must be filled out correctly and completely.

12. Provide your occupation details and financial information.

13. Click “Continue” and wait for the result.

After successful verification, you will be able to open a virtual WhiteBIT Nova USD Card. To do this, follow the instructions:

1. Open the “Nova Card” section in the WhiteBIT app.

2. Tap “Get the card”.

3. Complete additional identity verification. It consists of a document photo and online selfie.

 

Please note: passport is the only acceptable document to apply for the card.

 

4. Wait for the verification result.
