Buying cryptocurrency in the WhiteBIT app takes a few minutes: choose what you pay with, pick the payment method, and confirm the purchase.
Buying cryptocurrency
Buy Crypto is available for users with basic, pro, and advanced verification levels.
- Navigate to the main page.
- Click the “Buy” button.
- Select the currency for payment.
- Specify the desired amount.
- Choose the cryptocurrency.
- Select the payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard, ZEN Pay (EUR ZEN and PLN ZEN) or Instant Bank Transfer.
Apple Pay is available on iOS devices, and Google Pay on Android devices. To connect your ZEN account to your exchange account, you do not need to re-link it.
Instead, you can also make a one-time purchase without saving your card.
- Check the fees underneath the payment methods.
The fee for payments made via Apple Pay/Google Pay and Visa/Mastercard is 1.5% for banks in EU countries or 3.5% for banks outside the EU, as well as for commercial cards. The fee for Instant Bank Transfer is 1.5%, and for ZEN Pay 1%.
- Click the “Buy” button.
- Accept the Terms of Use.
- Double-check the details in the confirmation window.
- Confirm your purchase with Face ID.
Once the payment is successful, the funds will be credited to your Main Balance.
