WhiteMind is a feature on WhiteBIT where you can talk to an AI chat and get ready-made trading strategies based on your needs.
How does it work?
WhiteMind helps you find and launch a trading strategy based on your parameters.
You describe what you are looking for in the chat. The AI analyzes your request and suggests available strategies that match your parameters.
Each strategy runs on its own isolated sub-account and is fully separated from the rest of your WhiteBIT account.
The AI logic is provided by Profit Radar. Profit Radar creates trading strategies and sends trading signals, but never has direct access to your funds.
Money matters (transfers, custody, order execution) are always handled solely by WhiteBIT.
How to get started?
To open WhiteMind:
- Go to the Trade section.
- Click on the “WhiteMind” option.
Your first visit
Before you send your first request, you need to click the “Settings” icon in the upper right corner and set three parameters:
- Budget – the amount you want to allocate to the strategy. The upper limit is your available Trade+Main balance. The lower limit is not defined at this stage because the trading pair is not known yet.
- Leverage – the default value is taken from your current account settings. You can change it up to the maximum leverage available on your account.
- Risk level – choose low, medium, or high. The default value is medium.
Each parameter has a default value and reasonable adjustment limits.
The welcome message uses your site display language if that language is supported by Profit Radar.
Returning to WhiteMind
When you return, you see “Welcome back”.
- If you have no active strategies, WhiteMind opens the chat.
- If you already have a running strategy, WhiteMind opens My Strategies.
How to select a trading strategy?
- Describe what you need in plain text or choose one of the example queries.
- The AI can suggest up to three strategies that match your parameters. The best option is marked as “Best option”.
If no suitable strategy is available for the current market and your parameters, the chat tells you so instead of making up numbers.
If the response does not arrive within about one minute, the system retries once. If it still fails, you will see “Try again”.
Please note: A strategy cannot be selected or launched through text. Launching requires explicit confirmation through the interface.
How to review a strategy?
Click a strategy card to see:
- Name
- Short description
- Key parameters
- Historical returns chart (shown using a small sample amount – 100 USD)
- Estimated return based on your investment amount
How to launch a strategy?
- Choose the strategy and click “Select” to open the confirmation screen.
- You can adjust the investment amount within your available balance. WhiteMind uses USDT only.
- Before launch, accept the legal disclaimer and give the required consent.
After confirmation, WhiteBIT:
- Creates a separate isolated sub-account.
- Transfers the confirmed investment amount to it from your Main balance.
- Connects to the partner's signal stream.
If the connection fails or signals are not received in time, the launch is cancelled, the sub-account is closed, the funds are returned to your Main balance, and the chat becomes available again.
What happens after launch?
After launch, the chat is permanently archived. You can view its history, but you cannot send new messages or launch another strategy from it.
The first trading signal usually arrives about one minute after launch, so profit and position data may be empty at first.
Each strategy trades on its own sub-account, fully isolated from the rest of your account: these positions aren't visible in the regular trading terminal or on the Bots page. They can only be seen inside the WhiteMind section.
While a strategy is running:
- Its parameters cannot be changed.
- Partial profit withdrawals are not available.
- Profit accumulates on the strategy’s sub-account until it is stopped.
My Strategies section
My Strategies section has 2 tabs:
Active
Shows active strategies. You can Stop a strategy or open its details.
Stopped
Shows stopped strategies. You can open their details.
Click the “Create new” button to start another chat and launch another strategy.
One chat can have only one active strategy. The limit applies per chat, not per user overall, so you can use several chats for diversification.
The maximum is 3 active strategies at the same time.
The new chat already knows the user's current balance and list of open strategies, so the AI doesn't propose conflicting positions.
Strategy details
For a running strategy, you can see:
- Total investment (the total amount allocated to the strategy)
- Realized and unrealized P&L (strategy’s current profit of loss)
- Equity chart (shows how the strategy’s value changes over time)
- A breakdown between the open position and reserved collateral
- Entry price (the price at which the strategy entered its current position)
- Estimated liquidation price
- Countdown to the next funding
Data is refreshed approximately every 15 seconds.
How to stop a strategy?
You can stop a running strategy manually using the “Stop” button. WhiteBIT then closes all open positions at market.
A strategy can also stop automatically, for example when its drawdown limit is reached.
After stopping, the remaining balance of the strategy's isolated sub-account (the invested capital adjusted for profit or loss, minus fees) is transferred back to your Main balance. The strategy moves to the Stopped tab.
How your funds move
Your funds move between the Main balance and the strategy's isolated sub-account twice:
- At launch: the confirmed investment amount is transferred to the strategy sub-account.
- After the strategy stops: the remaining balance is transferred back to the Main balance.
FAQ
1. Does WhiteMind guarantee profit?
No. Profit is not guaranteed.
Expected ROI and historical performance are estimates and do not guarantee future results. Market conditions can change, and a strategy can generate losses as well as profits.
2. What happens if the market moves against the strategy?
If the market moves against the strategy, it can generate a loss.
The strategy may continue operating according to its trading signals and rules. If a drawdown is reached, the strategy can stop automatically.
3. What should I do if the strategy performs differently than expected?
Strategy results may differ from historical performance or estimated returns because market conditions can change.
If you are not comfortable with the strategy’s performance, you can stop it using the Stop button. WhiteBIT will close the open positions and transfer the remaining balance back to your Main balance, after applicable fees.
4. Can WhiteMind analyze positions I already have open?
No. WhiteMind doesn’t analyze your existing positions unless they are part of the strategy’s intended operation.
The AI doesn’t have access to your orders, balances, or account actions. Its role is to generate strategies and provide trading signals.
5. Can the AI see my personal data, such as my name, documents, or account history?
No. The AI does not have access to your personal information, identity documents, or personal account history.
Profit Radar’s role is limited to providing strategy logic and trading signals. WhiteBIT remains responsible for account information, funds, and trading operations.
6. Can the AI access my Main balance without my confirmation?
No. Your funds remain in your regular Main and Trade balances until you explicitly confirm the strategy launch.
Only after your confirmation does WhiteBIT transfer the selected investment to a separate isolated sub-account created for that strategy.
Profit Radar never has direct access to your funds.
