There are currently several ways to top up your exchange balance in USD. Let’s look at them in more detail:

USD Checkout Visa/Mastercard

USD Checkout Visa/Mastercard — allows you to add funds on your WhiteBIT balance using a bank card. When using this method, you will need to provide your full bank card details.
To deposit using this method, please follow these instructions:

1. On the exchange’s home page, go to the Balances section — Wallet.
2. Click on the “Deposit” button in the top right-hand corner. A deposit window will open.
3. Click the “Change” button and find the USD currency ticker.
4. In the window that opens, select “USD Checkout Visa/Mastercard” from the list of providers and click “Continue”.
5. To add your card number, click the “Add payment details” — “Add address” button and fill in all the fields.
6. Please note the deposit amount you will receive, taking the fee into account. The daily deposit limits are shown above the list of providers.
7. On the next page, you must enter the amount and the CVV, and accept the terms and conditions by ticking the box. Click “Continue”.
   Please note that the transfer must be made specifically from the card you have specified — deposits from another card or via a third party will not be accepted.
8. Open your online banking app and confirm the debit.

The payment details and status will appear on your screen immediately. You can also find this information on the History – Deposits page.

USD ApplePay

USD ApplePay — allows you to add funds on your WhiteBIT balance using a bank card. To use this method, you must have a card linked to this payment system.
To deposit using this method, please follow these instructions:

1. On the exchange’s home page, go to the Balances section — Wallet.
2. Click on the “Deposit” button in the top right-hand corner. A deposit window will open.
3. Click the “Change” button and find the USD currency ticker.
4. In the window that opens, select USD ApplePay from the list of providers.
5. Please note the deposit amount you will receive, taking the fee into account. The daily deposit limits are displayed above the list of providers.
6. Enter the amount, tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, and click the “Pay” button.
7. Once you have clicked this, a system window from ApplePay will open. You will need to scan the one-time code using your iPhone to complete the purchase.
   Please note that the code is valid for 2 minutes. After this time, you will need to request a new code.

USD Google Pay

USD Google Pay — allows you to add funds on your WhiteBIT balance using a bank card. To use this method, you must have a card linked to this payment system.
To deposit using this method, please follow these instructions:

1. On the exchange’s home page, go to the Balances section — Wallet.
2. Click on the “Deposit” button in the top right-hand corner. A deposit window will open.
3. Click the “Change” button and find the USD currency ticker.
4. In the window that opens, select USD Google Pay from the list of providers.
5. Please note the deposit amount you will receive, taking the fee into account. Daily deposit limits are shown above the list of providers.
6. Enter the amount, tick the box to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions, and click the “G Pay” button.
7. Once you have clicked this, a Google Pay system window will open, where you’ll need to select the card linked to this payment system. Click the “Pay” button.
8. Open your online banking app and confirm the transaction.

USD SWIFT BCB

USD SWIFT BCB — allows you to make a bank transfer via the SWIFT BCB Group. This is a payment service (“bridge”) between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.
To deposit using this method, please follow these instructions:

1. On the exchange’s home page, go to the Balances section — Wallet.
2. Click on the “Deposit” button in the top right-hand corner. A deposit window will open.
3. Click the “Change” button and find the USD currency ticker.
4. In the window that opens, select USD SWIFT BCB from the list of providers.
5. Read the terms and conditions, accept it by ticking the box, and click the “Connect” button.
6. Wait for your virtual account to be generated. This is a one-time process that may take up to 15 minutes — please refresh the page later.
7. Enter the amount and accept the terms and conditions by ticking the boxes. Click the “Create and send payment” button.
   Please note that the fee for deposit via USD SWIFT BCB is a fixed amount of 54 USD. Daily deposit limits are shown above the list of providers.
8. You will receive payment details (an invoice). You will have 7 days to settle the invoice. The first name, surname and payment reference entered in the payment must match the payer’s details; otherwise, the payment will not be credited.
9. Copy the account details and use them as the payment reference for the transfer.
