You can deposit USD to your WhiteBIT balance using the provided details by selecting SWIFT BCB as the payment provider.
Step-by-step guide
To make a USD deposit in the mobile app, follow these steps:
- Tap the button with your nickname in the top-left corner of the home screen.
- Tap “Switch” next to the WhiteBIT Pro mode button.
- Select the Wallet tab.
- Find USD in the list of available currencies.
- Tap “Deposit”.
- Select SWIFT BCB from the list of providers.
- Enter the payment amount in the “Amount” field.
- Tap the “Create and send payment” button.
Please note: the “I will receive” field will show the amount you will receive in your balance after the fee has been deducted.
- Copy the details from the “Payment sent” window and paste them into your banking app. Payment details are generated individually for each deposit.
Please note: the sender’s first and last names must match those specified in the payment details. Otherwise, the payment will not be credited.
- You can track the status of your deposit in the Wallet tab by going to the History — Deposits section.
Please note: the deposit fee via SWIFT BCB is a fixed amount of 54 USD. The daily deposit limits are displayed above the list of providers: the minimum amount is 100 USD and the maximum is 50,000 USD.
Funds are credited within 1 hour to 5 working days.
