In order to make a withdrawal, please go to the Wallet tab and click on the ticker of the national currency you want to withdraw.

You will be transferred to the information page, where you can find a Withdrawal button, after clicking on it, you will have access to a withdrawal form. In the withdrawal form, you need to select a payment system, indicate key data and amount.

Please pay attention to the minimum withdrawal amounts and withdrawal fees.

After clicking on the Withdraw button, you will receive an email. To confirm and create a withdrawal request, you must enter the code specified in it. Please note confirmation code will be valid for 180 seconds.

In addition, if you have 2FA on your account, you will need to enter a code from the Google authenticator application (or other alternative application) to confirm the withdrawal.
