How to use the “Buy Crypto” function on the website?

To make such a deposit, you need to follow a few simple steps:

1. Navigate to the “Buy Crypto” page by clicking on the corresponding button on the header (at the top) of the website;

2. You have to select the currency for payment (EUR, USD, PLN, CZK, GBP), choose the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase, and specify the desired amount. The following assets are available for purchase (field “I receive”): BTC, ETH, LTC, XLM, USDT, TRX, XRP, USDC, LINK, DOGE, SOL, ADA, NEAR, AVAX, WBT, FET, ARB, SUI, PEPE, TON, EURI, HYPE. You will immediately see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for the specified amount for payment at the current exchange rate. 

3. Select the payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Visa/Mastercard). ZEN Pay method (EUR ZEN and PLN ZEN) is also now available. To connect your ZEN account to your exchange account, you do not need to re-link it.

4. Underneath you can see the fees applied. The fee for payments made via Apple Pay/Google Pay and Visa/Mastercard is 1.5% for banks in EU countries or 3.5% for banks outside the EU, as well as for commercial cards.

5. Then, click on the “Buy” button and accept the Terms of Use.

6. Double-check the details in the confirmation window and confirm your purchase.

Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your Main balance.

P2P express at “Buy Crypto” on the website

“P2P Express” is a new payment method in the “Buy Crypto” feature that allows you to buy cryptocurrency using UAH without having to use a separate P2P service.

How does it work?

1 - Select hryvnia (UAH) as the “I give” currency, and “P2P Express” will be displayed as the payment method.

2 - Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive (USDT or another asset). You can now purchase any cryptocurrency with "P2P Express," not just USDT (BTC, ETH, etc.). The displayed rate includes both the "P2P Express" rate and the conversion fee, so you know roughly how much you'll receive before confirmation.

3 - Confirm the transaction:

3.1 - Enter your payment card details.

3.2 - Send funds.

Please note: at this point, a 30-minute timer starts, during which time you must complete the transfer.

3.3 - Upload the payment confirmation (the timer continues to run) and confirm the payment.

Success - the order is placed.

4 - If you selected an asset other than USDT, the received USDT will automatically be converted to your selected cryptocurrency after it is credited to your balance. No additional conversion actions are required on your part.

How to use the “Buy Crypto (3rd party)” function on the website?

On our platform, you can also purchase cryptocurrency through our partners.

 

To do this, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Total Balance page;

2. Click on the "Buy Crypto" button on the top panel; 

3. You have to select the currency for payment, choose the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase, and specify the desired amount. You will immediately see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for the specified amount for payment at the current exchange rate. Click “Proceed to payment”.

4. At the next stage, a window will open with the details of your transaction (payment amount, the amount of cryptocurrency you receive on your balance, and the amount of the fee). You have to agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and confirm the purchase. You also have to confirm that you are the owner of the wallet and your email address by entering a one-time code.

5. Enter your card details. After that, your transaction will be passed to processing. You have an opportunity to view the status and details of your transaction. Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your main balance.

How to use the “Buy Crypto” function in the app?
