How to use the “Buy Crypto” function on the website?
To make such a deposit, you need to follow a few simple steps:
- Navigate to the “Buy Crypto” page by clicking on the corresponding button on the header (at the top) of the website;
- You have to select the currency for payment (EUR, USD, PLN, CZK, GBP), choose the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase, and specify the desired amount. You will immediately see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for the specified amount for payment at the current exchange rate.
- Select the payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Visa/Mastercard).
- Underneath you can see the fees applied. The fee for payments made via Apple Pay/Google Pay and Visa/Mastercard is 1.5% for banks in EU countries or 3.5% for banks outside the EU, as well as for commercial cards.
- Then, click on the “Buy” button and accept the Terms of Use.
- Double-check the details in the confirmation window and confirm your purchase.
Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your Main balance.
How to use the “Buy Crypto (3rd party)” function on the website?
On our platform, you can also purchase cryptocurrency through our partners.
To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Total Balance page;
- Click on the "Buy Crypto" button on the top panel;
- You have to select the currency for payment, choose the cryptocurrency you would like to purchase, and specify the desired amount. You will immediately see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for the specified amount for payment at the current exchange rate. Click “Proceed to payment”.
- At the next stage, a window will open with the details of your transaction (payment amount, the amount of cryptocurrency you receive on your balance, and the amount of the fee). You have to agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and confirm the purchase. You also have to confirm that you are the owner of the wallet and your email address by entering a one-time code.
- Enter your card details. After that, your transaction will be passed to processing. You have an opportunity to view the status and details of your transaction. Once the payment status is successful, the funds will be credited to your main balance.
How to use the “Buy Crypto” function in the app?
To make such a deposit, you need to follow a few simple steps:
1. Navigate to the main page.
2. Click on the “Buy” button.
3. You have to select the currency for payment, specify the desired amount and choose the cryptocurrency.
4. Select the payment method (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
