The e-mails may have ended up in the Spam folder, so check this section of your e-mail account. You may also have previously unsubscribed from our mailing.
If the e-mails from WhiteBIT are in “Spam”:
1. tick all e-mails from WhiteBIT;
2. mark the e-mails as “Not spam” and “Important";
3. to make sure you continue receiving e-mails from us, add the following addresses to your contacts and safe senders list:
email@example.com to receive technical information about your account activity;
firstname.lastname@example.org to receive relevant exchange updates;
email@example.com to contact the technical support of the exchange.
