How to withdraw funds from WhiteBIT exchange using Volet?

Volet is a free multi-currency e-wallet for making anonymous payments around the world. Currently, Volet supports both fiat money and digital tokens. WhiteBIT offers EUR, GBP, KZT, TRY, USD deposits and withdrawals via Volet. In this article, we are going to make EUR withdrawal using this payment method.

Withdrawals via Volet in the web version

In order to make a withdrawal, you have to:

  1. Press “Balances” — “Total”/“Main” in the upper right corner of the website.



  1. Choose the currency you need from the list of available assets (EUR, GBP, KZT, TRY and USD). You can also use the search function by entering a ticker or currency name.
  2. Click on the “Withdraw” button in the line opposite the national currency you need.



  1. Then, you will be redirected to the withdrawal window. Select the Volet provider.



  1. Enter your email address registered on the Volet platform in the “Payment Details” field. Also, specify the payment amount in the “Amount” field, activate the “Include fee in amount” slider (it should be green) and agree to the User Agreement. Once you are sure that all the data is correct, click on the “Continue” yellow button.



Please note that information on fees and the minimum/maximum withdrawal amount can be viewed by hovering the mouse cursor over the symbol next to the “Include fee in amount” slider. You can also find this information on the Fees page.

  1. Confirm the transaction by entering the code that will be sent to your registered email address. Please note that this code is valid for 180 seconds. If you haven't received an email, check out our article for further actions. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, you will also need to enter the 2FA code from the mobile app.



Done! After following the above-mentioned instructions, your withdrawal request will be submitted for further processing. You can track the status and see withdrawal details in the “History“— “Withdrawals” tab. Normally, the withdrawal requests are processed from 1 minute to 1 hour if the provider is not overloaded.

Withdrawals using Volet in the mobile app

To create a withdrawal request in the mobile application, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the WhiteBIT mobile app. Go to the “Home” — “Wallet” tab. 
  2. Choose the currency, you would like to withdraw, from the list of available ones (EUR, GBP, KZT, TRY, and USD). For convenience, use the search function.



  1. Click on the selected currency and press “Withdraw” in the new window.



  1. Select the Volet provider in the withdrawal form.



  1. Enter your email address registered on the Volet platform in the “Payment Details” field. Also, specify the payment amount, activate the “Include fee in amount” slider (it should be green) and agree to the User Agreement. Once you are sure that all the data is correct, click on the “Continue” yellow button.



Please note that information on fees and the minimum/maximum withdrawal amount can be viewed by clicking on the symbol next to the “Include fee in amount” slider. You can also find this information on the Fees page. Just click on the profile icon in the upper left corner of the application and choose the “WhiteBIT info” “Fees” section.
