Withdrawing National Currency in the Application

To withdraw funds, first, make sure they are in your main balance.

In the exchange mode, open the “Wallet” tab. In the “General” or “Main” window, select the currency you want to withdraw and click on it. In the window that appears, click the “Withdraw” button, after which a form to create a withdrawal will open.


In the application window, you can see:

1. A drop-down menu for quick currency change;

2. Available payment systems for withdrawal. Depending on the chosen payment system, the fields below will differ;

3. The field where you need to specify the amount you want to withdraw;

4. If this button is activated, the fee will be included in the amount you want to withdraw. If this function is disabled, the fee will be automatically removed from the total amount;

5. The “I'm sending” field will indicate the amount debited from your balance. The “I will receive” field will indicate the amount that you will receive in your account, including the fee;

6. After filling in all the necessary fields in the withdrawal window, this button will redirect you to the page for payment through the selected payment system.


After completing all the necessary steps, you need to confirm the withdrawal of funds. You will receive an email with a confirmation code that will be valid for 180 seconds. In addition, if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) installed, you will need to enter the code from the authenticator application you are using to confirm your withdrawal.

You can check the fees, minimum and maximum amount that can be withdrawn per transaction on the “Fees” page. To do this, open the “Account” tab and click the “WhiteBIT Info” button.


When creating a withdrawal request, you can also find out the amount available for withdrawal per day. Please note that the receiving party may also charge a fee and set limits.

Usually, the withdrawal of funds takes from one minute to one hour. However, the time may vary depending on the selected payment system.
