The ussd-menu function allows you to access some operations on the WhiteBIT exchange without an Internet connection. Users from Ukraine who use the services of lifecell mobile operator can connect their exchange account to their lifecell number and access certain exchange functionality offline.

How to use the USSD menu?

To activate the feature, go to your account settings. Next, select the "Access via lifecell USSD menu" section on the left and click "Continue".

Important: to connect the ussd-menu, you need to activate two-factor authentication.

After entering the 2FA code, you will automatically switch to the ussd-menu. According to the instructions provided, you will need to use a special code – *142#. Calling this command on your mobile phone requires entering an authorization code that you will see on the exchange screen. It is active for 180 seconds and then needs to be updated.  

The next step in activating the feature is to create a PIN. Click the "Save" button.

Done! Finally, entering *142# on your phone will give you access to the ussd-menu and you will be able to perform the following operations offline:

• balance check;
• transfer of funds;
• fast exchange of funds;
• obtaining a deposit address.

Please note that this feature is available only for users from Ukraine who have activated lifecell mobile services.
