P2P Express is a functionality that allows you to exchange USDT to UAH and vice versa, therefore enabling you to make deposit to your exchange balance with USDT or your bank card with UAH. The currency exchange is facilitated using a P2P service provided by a third-party platform. When exchanging USDT to UAH via P2P Express, USDT will be converted into UAH and transferred to the card number indicated by you.

The exchange rate is determined by the market and the exchange service provider, it corresponds to the counter-offer rate on the P2P platform. During the exchange, the exchange rate may also change according to market conditions. There is no separate commission for P2P Express. 

Please note that WhiteBIT does not affect the price of USDT.

P2P Express exchange of USDT to UAH on the website

To exchange USDT for UAH using P2P Express and deposit the funds into your bank card in UAH, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “P2P Express” section on the home page.

2. Selecting the preferred option to top up your balance. In order to exchange USDT to UAH, you need to choose the “Your Card” option.

For a successful exchange, you must have USDT on your balance.

3. Exchange creation. In the next window, enter the desired exchange amount and click "Continue." Here, you will also be able to see how much UAH will be transferred to your card after the exchange is successfully processed.

Next, add the number of the Ukrainian bank's UAH card to which the funds will be credited.

If you have a previously saved card, you do not need to re-enter its data.

Please note that you should read the service provider's Terms of Use and tick the checkbox that you agree that the transaction will be executed outside the WhiteBIT Exchange by a third party service provider, and confirm that you have read and fully accept the service provider's Terms of Use.

After that, click the "Continue" button.

4. Exchange confirmation. Next, confirm the transaction by entering the code that was sent to your email and click "Continue".

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) - additionally enter the code from the authenticator app (for example, from Google Authenticator). In case you have Passkey enabled - you will be able to confirm the exchange using it.

6. Status tracking. As a result of the steps taken, your request will be passed to processing. Usually the process takes from one minute to one hour. You can check the status of the transaction in the "P2P Express" menu. 

You can also check your exchange details by selecting the "History" section. In the "Withdrawals" tab you will be able to see the details of your transaction.
Once the transaction is processed by the service provider, UAH will be credited to your bank card.

P2P Express exchange of USDT to UAH in the app

To exchange UAH for USDT using P2P Express and deposit your exchange balance with USDT, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to the balance tab. To use the functionality, select the "P2P Express" function on the "Main" page.

You can also find "P2P Express" in the "Wallet" menu, or by selecting USDT, or UAH in the "Wallet" menu.

2. Exchange creation. After clicking the "P2P Express" button, a menu with a form will open. 

For successful exchange you must have USDT on your balance. 

In this form, select the option to deposit your card and click the "Continue" button.

In the next window, enter the desired exchange amount and click "Continue." Here, you will also be able to see how much UAH will be transferred to your card after the exchange is successfully processed.

Next, add the number of the Ukrainian bank's UAH card to which the funds will be credited.
