P2P Express is a feature designed to exchange USDT for UAH, KZT, or ARS, as well as in the reverse direction. The exchange is carried out using a third-party platform’s P2P service. When exchanging USDT for UAH, KZT, or ARS via P2P Express, the USDT will be converted to fiat currency and credited to the card you specify.

Important note: The list of available currencies (UAH, KZT, or ARS) is determined by the country of your KYC verification — Ukraine, Kazakhstan, or Argentina, accordingly.

The exchange rate is determined by the market and the exchange service provider. It corresponds to the counter-offer rate on the P2P platform. During the exchange, the rate may also fluctuate depending on market conditions. There is no separate commission for P2P Express.

Please note that WhiteBIT does not influence the price of USDT.

P2P Express exchange of USDT to UAH/KZT/ARS on the website

1. Click on the Buy Crypto - P2P Express section on the home page.

Please note: you can also find P2P Express on the UAH/KZT/ARS withdrawal page. To do this, go to Balances → Wallet, and click “Withdraw” next to the appropriate ticker. Then select the P2P Express provider.
 

2. Selecting the preferred option to top up your balance. In order to exchange USDT to UAH/KZT/ARS, you need to choose the “Your Card” option.

For a successful exchange, you must have USDT on your balance.

3. Exchange creation. In the next window, enter the desired exchange amount and click “Continue”. Here, you can also see the amount that will be transferred to your card after the exchange is successfully completed.

Then, enter the card number where the funds should be credited.

If you have a previously saved card, you do not need to re-enter its data.

Please note that you should read the service provider's Terms of Use and tick the checkbox that you agree that the transaction will be executed outside the WhiteBIT Exchange by a third-party service provider, and confirm that you have read and fully accept the service provider's Terms of Use.

After that, click the “Continue” button.

4. Exchange confirmation. Next, confirm the transaction by entering the code that was sent to your email and clicking “Continue”.

If you have enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) using TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password), additionally enter the code from the authenticator app (for example, from Google Authenticator). In case you have Passkey enabled, you will be able to confirm the exchange using it.

6. Status tracking. As a result of the steps taken, your request will be passed to processing. Usually, the process takes from one minute to one hour. You can check the status of the transaction in the P2P Express menu. 

You can also check your exchange details by selecting the History section. In the Withdrawals tab you will be able to see the details of your transaction.
Once the service provider has processed the transaction, the corresponding amount in fiat currency will be credited to your card.

P2P Express exchange of USDT to UAH/KZT/ARS in the app

1. Navigate to the balance tab. To use the functionality, select the P2P Express function on the Main page.

You can also access the P2P Express feature in the Wallet section or by selecting the appropriate fiat currency or USDT from the same menu.

2. Exchange creation. After clicking the “P2P Express” button, a menu with a form will open. 

For a successful exchange, you must have USDT on your balance. 

In this form, select the option to deposit your card and click the “Continue” button.

In the next window, enter the desired exchange amount and click “Continue”. Here, you can also see the amount that will be transferred to your card after the exchange is successfully completed.

Next, enter the card number where the funds should be credited.
