To enable WhiteBIT payment methods, you need to fulfill a number of requirements and provide the following data in your personal chat:
- Email or WhiteBIT account nickname;
- A link to your service to check if you meet the criteria;
- Implement user and card verification mechanics as per our requirements. Detailed instructions are available in our article at the link;
- Demonstration of implementation of KYC procedure and card verification on the exchange service website;
- Specify the gateways required for activation;
- Tag your personal manager in the chat.
If your service operates via Telegram-bot, it is also necessary to implement a one-page landing page, which should contain the following items:
- Link to the bot;
- Brief description of the company or project: operations and services provided;
- Links to User Agreement and Privacy Policy;
- Company details: full name, address and contact details;
- If the project has not yet been launched, you should indicate the tentative launch date.
Important: service should not conduct KYC of users who are citizens of countries on the sanctions list, even if such users have residence permits in countries that are not under sanctions.

Important information
In order to use WhiteBIT exchange services, your service must not have the following on it:
- Routes with sub-sanctioned currencies or currencies we do not work with, in particular RUB and BYN;
- Banks, services, payment systems and social networks from Russia and Belarus, as well as Dark Market services;
- Full list of countries, currencies and domains we do not cooperate with is provided below.

In case of violation of the requirements, the service may be subject to sanctions in the form of disconnection of WhiteBIT services if:
- specified currencies or services will be added after integration with WhiteBIT;
- other rules of the WhiteBIT user agreement will be violated;
- if requested by WhiteBIT, as part of a routine check, will not provide the requested data on your service user's application.
