The History Page on WhiteBIT provides users with a comprehensive record of their transactions, orders, and other relevant information.
The page is divided into four main sections: Main Balance, Trade Balance, Collateral Balance and Reports. Before going deep into sections, let’s check the general terms that you will see on the History Page.
General Terms
With the information below, you will learn general information regarding the basic terms of the History Page.
- TxID: Unique transaction identifier. This identifies the transactions that happened on WhiteBIT, so they are not informative for other platforms.
- Hash: A hash is a unique transaction identifier, similar to a TxID, but it is informative for other platforms beyond WhiteBIT. You can search for a hash on the specified explorers.
- Explorer: A crypto explorer is an online tool for viewing and searching public blockchain data. You can search transaction with your hash in the token’s/coin’s explorer.
- Address: The Address is the last destination where you made the transaction.
- WhiteBIT Code: You can create a code of any denomination and share it with any user of the exchange. Funds will be debited from the Main balance. Check WhiteBIT Codes article for more information.
- Market: The cryptocurrency pair that you traded, USDT/BTC, for instance.
- Order: Buying or selling of a cryptocurrency for a specific price or under specific conditions.
- Deal: Partially or completely completed orders.
- Convert: A special WhiteBIT service that enables you to sell or buy specific assets quickly.

- Unconfirmed: Transactions that have not been confirmed on the user’s side.
- Uncredited: Transactions that are less than the minimum amount.
- Awaiting confirmation: Transactions that are waiting for Travel Rule information.

Main Balance
The Main balance section contains six sub-sections (Deposits, Withdrawals, Transfers, Code, Launchpad, Mining Rewards), where you can track transactions that have occurred on your main balance.
In the Deposits and Withdrawals sections, you can view all transactions involving funds entering or leaving your account. The Transfers section, however, only shows internal movements between your balances (e.g., from Main to Trade).
You can set filters to list specific transactions in the section. You can narrow the list according to Currency, Date, and Status filter options. Additionally, you can search for the specific transaction with the address, TxID, Txhash or hash in the search bar.
The Code section will allow you to display your available and activated codes. As above, you can also filter it down to your search or a simple search with the code.
The Launchpad and Mining Rewards page provides a comprehensive overview of your activity in both areas.
Trade Balance
The Trade balance tab is a dashboard for overseeing all trading operations under four sub-sections: Orders, Deals, Convert and Auto-Invest.
On the orders page, you can track a detailed summary of your orders in chronological order.
You can view the market, order type, opening and closing dates and prices, average price, filled, and total. Please note that the "total" displayed is not the exact final total, as it incorporates the average price and fees.
When you click on an order, there will be another window below which has the details of the order, such as amount, deal fee, total, trigger (if any), status, platform source and order ID. You can use the “ESC” button on your keyboard to quickly close the detail window.
Filters enable you to locate specific orders.
The Deals page displays the deals on your trading history with the Market filter. Each order can consist of either a single deal (if the order was executed fully at once) or several deals (if the order was executed in parts). Partial execution of an order occurs when there is no counter-order that fully covers the volume and price of the order. In this case, the system automatically executes the order in parts — with those counterparties who are ready to perform the operation for a smaller amount of assets under the specified conditions.
The Convert page consists of your history of the convert functions, while on the Auto-Invest, you can track your auto-invested history. If you need information regarding our Auto-Invest functions, please visit our Auto-Invest with WhiteBIT: Simplifying Your Crypto Investment Strategy article.
Collateral Balance
Similar to the Trade balance section, the Collateral balance displays trading transactions that occurred on the collateral balance. You can check your margin and futures trading details in this section.
While sharing a similar informational layout, the Collateral Balance differs by including additional sub-sections for positions, orders, funding, and borrow. Notably, details like rP&L on the details page are unique to this section.
Customisation of History Page
The history page offers customization options via the "Customize" button located in the top right corner. You can adjust the line size to small, medium, or large, and select the number of lines to display from 10, 25, 50, or 75.
For optimal display of more lines, select "Small" for size and "75" for the number of lines.
