This system collects real-time feedback from users following key platform activities.
What Is the WhiteBIT Feedback Program?
The Feedback Program is an automated system that identifies "Success Milestones" during your activity on the platform. When you complete certain high-value actions, a feedback pop-up may appear asking you to rate your experience.
If you choose to submit a rating and provide consent, you will receive an invitation from Trustpilot to share your experience with the global crypto community.
When Does the Feedback Pop-Up Appear?
The feedback prompt is triggered only after specific successful actions and is not shown randomly.
To qualify, the transaction usually must meet a minimum equivalent of 500 USDT (Global) or 500 USDC (Europe).
Eligible Actions Include:
- Successful Conversion: Using WhiteBIT Converter for amounts over 500 USDT/USDC
- Crypto Earn: Opening a Fixed Crypto Lending plan for over 500 USDT/USDC
- WhiteBIT Nova Card: Successfully issuing your WhiteBIT Nova Card
- Quick Send: Sending a transfer to another user of over 500 USDT/USDC
- WB Code: Activating a code worth over 500 USDT/USDC
- Withdrawals: Completing a successful withdrawal of over 500 USDT/USDC.
Please note: To avoid interruptions, feedback prompts are disabled while you are using the Trading Terminal. The prompt will appear only after you navigate to a standard page such as your Dashboard or Wallet.
How the Feedback Process Works
Step 1: Rate Your Experience
After a qualifying action, a pop-up will appear asking you to rate your experience:
- Super Happy
- Happy
- Okay
- Bad
If you close the pop-up without responding, the system will wait 30 days before prompting you again.
Step 2: Provide Consent
If you select a rating, a second pop-up will request your consent to receive a Trustpilot review invitation via email.
To continue:
- Check the box “I consent to being contacted via email for feedback purposes.”
- The “Confirm” button will become active only after the checkbox is ticked.
Step 3: Receive the Invitation
Once confirmed:
- You will see a "Thank You" message on the screen
- You will shortly receive an official Trustpilot Review Invitation at your registered WhiteBIT email address.
If you choose not to provide consent, the system will wait 60 days before asking again.
FAQ
1. Why don’t I see the feedback pop-up after every trade?
To avoid "notification fatigue", feedback prompts are limited:
- If you close a prompt → 30-day cooldown
- If you submit a rating but don’t complete the Trustpilot step → 60-day cooldown
- Prompts only appear for transactions over 500 USDT/USDC
2. Is my data shared with Trustpilot?
Only if you give explicit consent during step 2. When consent is provided, WhiteBIT shares only your email address and a transaction reference ID with Trustpilot to generate the invitation.

3. How can I leave a review without the pop-up?
You can submit a review any time by visiting the WhiteBIT Trustpilot page and clicking the “Write a review” button.
4. I reached the 500 USDT threshold while trading. Why didn’t I see the pop-up?
Feedback prompts never interrupt active trading. The system records the qualifying action and will display the pop-up once you leave the Trading Terminal and navigate to pages such as Account or Main Balance.
