QuickSend is a feature that allows users to instantly transfer cryptocurrency to other WhiteBIT users by simply using their nickname. This tool is designed to provide an efficient and secure transaction experience. With no fees and immediate payment processing, QuickSend offers more convenience, making it an ideal solution for those who need to make fast crypto transfers.
QuickSend is built around a chat-style interface that helps users manage contacts and transfers in one place.
You can assign custom display names to your contacts:
- Open the QuickSend chat list.
- Long-press the contact or open the User Details page.
- Assign a custom display name.
- Confirm the changes.
The original username remains visible underneath the custom name.
It is also possible to pin your contacts. To do this, you need to:
- Open the QuickSend chat list.
- Long-press the conversation you want to pin.
- Select Pin.
Pinned chats remain fixed at the top of the list regardless of new messages and are marked with a pin indicator.
To unpin the chat:
- Long-press the pinned conversation.
- Select Unpin.
An important advantage of the QuickSend feature is the ability to transfer funds not only between exchange users but also between users of all projects within the WhiteBIT ecosystem, such as WhiteBIT TR and WhiteBIT Georgia.
Please note: QuickSend is not available to our users in the European Union.
QR Code and Contact Sharing
Each user has a personal QuickSend profile that includes a unique QR code and a shareable nickname.
How to share your QR code:
- Open your Profile page.
- Select the QR code.
- Share it with another WhiteBIT user using the system share sheet.
How to add a contact using a QR code:
- Tap the QR icon in the search bar.
- Scan another user’s QR code.
It allows contacts to be added without manually entering nicknames.
How to Access QuickSend?
To access this feature, you are required to complete the identity verification process on the exchange. Enabling 2FA (two-factor authentication) or a Passkey is not mandatory for the QuickSend option, since if you don’t have them enabled, you will still be able to confirm the transfer using a code sent to your email. However, we strongly recommend that you enable this additional layer of protection.
To access QuickSend on the website, follow these steps:
- Go to the WhiteBIT main page.
- Hover your cursor over the Products section in the upper-left part of the screen (in the header).
- Find the QuickSend tool.
Alternative access method:
- Go to the WhiteBIT main page.
- Hover your cursor over the Products section in the upper-left part of the screen (in the header).
- Find the Codes tool.
- Choose the Modal with the QuickSend function at the bottom left corner of the page.
To access QuickSend in the app, follow these steps:
- Open the WhiteBIT application.
- On the Main screen, find the WhiteBIT Products section (it is located under the Deposit and History buttons).
- Open this section and scroll down to the Finance category (the fourth category on the list). There you will find the QuickSend option.
Users opening QuickSend for the first time see a 3-step tooltip guide that explains Shake2Send, QR profile features, and chat management. The main screen also includes a helper titled “How to Make Your First Transfer". It can be reset from Profile settings if needed.
How to Send Funds via QuickSend?
- Select the receiver:
- Open the QuickSend interface.
- Enter the receiver’s nickname in the search bar.
Helper text explains the nickname format.
- Alternatively, scan the receiver’s QR code.
Important: on this page you can block other users and not receive transfers from them or send funds to them. To do this, click on the Block User button (it is located in the top right corner of the chat, next to the user’s nickname).
- Select the cryptocurrency you wish to send from the available options.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Minimum amount: 1 USDT
- Maximum amount: No limit
- Add a message if needed (up to 100 symbols).

Confirm the transaction with an email code and 2FA code or Passkey (if it is activated on your account).
Important: you have only 10 seconds to cancel the transaction.
Ready! Once the transaction is successful, you can check the QuickSend transaction history with a specific Receiver in a personal chat between you and the Receiver.
If you click on the message, the transaction details (date, amount) are displayed. You can also use a “Send again“ button that leads to transfer creation and allows you to send funds to this Receiver again.
Please note that if you decide to repeat this transfer, all the main data (currency, amount, message) is duplicated, but you can change it.
Shake2Send
The Shake2Send feature is available for WhiteBIT app users and allows them to find other WhiteBIT users and send funds by simply shaking their phones. For the start:

Open the WhiteBIT app and shake your phone
Ensure both you and your recipient are logged into the WhiteBIT app and that it is actively open on both devices. To establish a connection, both users need to shake their phones.
The app will then determine your location to initiate the connection.
Please note: the connection remains active for no more than 1 minute. After this time, the connection closes, but the discovered users will remain displayed on the screen.

Select a recipient and complete the transfer details
From the list of discovered users, select the desired recipient.
You will be automatically redirected to the QuickSend transfer form with the recipient field pre-filled. Then:
- Specify the transfer amount;
- Add a message (up to 100 characters) if necessary;
- Confirm the transaction using a code from your email and 2FA or Passkey (if it is activated on your account).
Important notes:
- If the connection closes before completing the transfer, repeat the process of shaking the device to find the user again;
- To successfully use the Shake2Send feature, both users must be in a zone where this functionality is permitted;
- If the withdrawal or QuickSend features are disabled for your account or region, Shake2Send will also be unavailable.
