How to Get a Card?

Only registered WhiteBIT users who have completed Level 3 (Advanced/Nova) identity verification (or Level 2 for users from EU countries) can apply for a card. Applying for a card is free of charge.
 

Please note: the Nova card is not available in all countries. In some regions, even if documents are accepted for Level 1 (Basic) and Level 2 (Professional) identity verification (KYC), ordering the card may not be possible.
 

As a result, during the Advanced/Nova KYC process required to obtain the card, your country may not be listed among the available countries.

If you do not see your country in the list during the Advanced/Nova KYC process, but it is not on the list of forbidden countries and territories, you can complete Basic or Professional verification level and use the main features of the exchange.
