Deposit via the WIRE payment system is a way of adding funds to your WhiteBIT balance via a bank transfer in USD. To make a transfer, all you need to do is obtain the bank details from the deposit page and make the transfer from your bank account. The process is similar to SEPA deposits: you receive the bank details and payment reference, and then make the transfer via your banking app.
How to deposit USD via WIRE on the website?
To deposit USD via WIRE, please follow these instructions:
- On the main page of the website, click on “Balances - Wallet” and select “Total” or “Main”.
- Find the currency by the “USD” ticker and click on it.
- Then select the “USD WIRE BCB” provider in the deposit form.
- Enter the deposit amount in the “Amount” field and click the “Generate and send payment” button.
Please note: “I will receive” field will display the amount you will receive on your account balance after calculating the fee.
- To send funds, copy invoice data from the “Payment sent” window and paste it into your banking application.
Please note: when making a deposit, the sender’s first name and surname must match those specified in the payment details. Otherwise, the payment will not be credited.
- You can track the status of your deposit on the “Balances - History” page.
Please note: you do not need to have a US bank account to make a deposit. You can use any bank or financial service that supports internal transfers in USD.
It takes from 1 hour to 5 working days for the deposit to be credited.
How to deposit USD via WIRE in the mobile application?
- Go to the “Wallet” tab from the application’s main tab and go to the “Total” or “Main” section.
- Find the currency by the “USD” ticker and click on it, or select the “Deposit” option and choose USD from the list of currencies.
- Click on the “Deposit” button, and choose the “USD WIRE BCB” provider in the deposit form. Click on the “Continue” button.
- Enter the deposit amount in the “Amount” field and click the “Generate and send payment” button.

- To send funds, copy invoice data from the “Payment sent” window and paste it into your banking application.
