Withdrawal via the WIRE payment system is a way to transfer USD from your WhiteBIT balance to your bank account. To make a transfer, you only need to enter your IBAN on the withdrawal page and confirm the transaction. The process is similar to a SEPA withdrawal.
How to withdraw USD via WIRE on the website?
- In the top navigation bar, click "Balances— Wallet" and select "General" or "Main".
- Find USD in the list of currencies or enter the ticker in the search bar, then click "Withdraw".
- Select “USD WIRE BCB” from the list of providers.
- Enter your IBAN, the withdrawal amount, and click “Continue”. You will be automatically redirected to the payment confirmation page.
Please note: the sender's first and last name must match the recipient's first and last name. Otherwise, the payment will not be credited.
- Confirm the withdrawal. To confirm and create a withdrawal request, you need to:
- Enter the code sent to your email. This code is valid for 180 seconds;
- Enter the 2FA code from Google Authenticator or an alternative authentication app.
Please note: you don’t need to have a US bank account to withdraw funds. You can use any bank or financial service that supports internal USD transfers. The transaction processing time ranges from 1 hour to 5 business days.
Done! You can check your withdrawal status in the History section. Under “Main Balance — Withdrawals”, you will find the details of your payment.
