Rate Bands for Fixed Earn Plans

Fixed Earn plans now support tiered APRs through bands — as the deposit size grows, capital flows into lower-rate tiers, producing a single blended APR that reflects the aggregate return.

How does it work?

The plan is divided into bands — amount ranges, each with its own APR. Take the following structure as an illustration:

Band Amount range APR
1 50 – 100,000 USDT 17.71%
2 100,000 – 700,000 USDT 15%
3 700,000 – 1,700,000 USDT 12%
4 Above 1,700,000 USDT 10%

When you invest, the money fills the bands from the bottom up, like pouring water into a stack of containers. Band 1 fills first, then the overflow goes into Band 2, and so on. Each segment earns its band's specific rate, producing a single weighted-average blended APR.

Please note: Exceeding a tier threshold never lowers yields on earlier funds — the initial 100,000 always earns 17.71%, with lower rates applying only to additional capital.

The following practical examples demonstrate how it works in practice:

Example 1 — Small deposit: 500 USDT

All 500 USDT sits inside Band 1.

Blended APR: 17.71% — you get the full headline rate.

Example 2 — Crossing into a second band: 300,000 USDT

Portion Band Rate
100,000 USDT Band 1 17.71%
200,000 USDT Band 2 15%

Blended APR: 15.90%

Please note: You still receive 17.71% on the first 100,000 — your rate has not been reduced to 15% across the entire amount.

Example 3 — Spanning all four bands: 2,000,000 USDT

Portion Band Rate
100,000 USDT Band 1 17.71%
600,000 USDT Band 2 15%
1,000,000 USDT Band 3 12%
300,000 USDT Band 4 10%

Blended APR: 12.89%

The top band has no upper limit, so it absorbs everything above 1,700,000 USDT.

Key Rules

  • Locked rate upon opening: The weighted-average APR established during the confirmation step is guaranteed for the entire term and will not fluctuate.
  • Protection from future band updates: Any future adjustments to the band thresholds or percentages apply only to new subscriptions; active plans remain unaffected by subsequent platform updates.
  • Advertised APR as a maximum cap: Marketing materials and plan cards present the highest band rate rather than a guaranteed yield.

Note: If you invest a large amount, your final rate will be lower. This is clearly stated in the note right next to the APR itself.

  • Plans without bands work exactly as before. Existing flat-rate plans are unchanged.

FAQ

"Can my rate change while my plan is active?"

No. The rate is fixed at the moment you open the plan and stays the same until maturity.

"Where can I see how my rate was calculated?"

The breakdown is shown before you confirm the investment, and remains available in the plan details afterwards — it lists each portion of your deposit and the rate applied to it.
